The staff were definitely great at dealing with my inquiry. I made a mistake for the collection date of my ordered currency and they sorted it out for me.

I recently got my new Travelex card
I recently got my new Travelex card, only to find the app would not work, I could only load or Top Up via the website. Following that I was emailed at this time 5 days ago to let me know a complaint had been raised and someone would be in touch either by phone or email, this has not happened.
NOT impressed with TRAVELEX so far, and couldn't recommend.

The code number I used in NZ did not…
The code number I used in NZ did not work in Australia??? It took us 6 days before a code you sent us worked. Yes we could tap a purchase up to $100 but after that we had to use other cards. We topped money up at Christchurch airport, which the lady included my passport?? I’m guessing that caused a problem??? Regards Margaret Vaughan

Ordering the funds online was reasonably easy but
Orderong the funds online was reasonably easy but my bank made it difficult to pay despite the account and name being a match! Great customer service from the Travelex staff when I picked up my funds. However, the necessity of having my actual passport was difficult because my passport needed to be elsewhere for visa purposes. Surely a verified copy could be acceptable?

Disappointing
Ordered plenty of time in advance for collection on a scheduled day. I arrived and the money was not there. I went back a week later and the money still not there. No communication as to delay in delivery. Rang Travelex from the collection point to find out what the issue was. Disappointing process.

Convenient pick up
It was very convenient pcking up the currecny from Levin. However when I went to PaperPlus they told me that they weren't meant to be doing that job (giving out the currency) for at least 4 weeks as they ahd only just got the instructions of what to do and not had much training. I was happy to be the 'guinea pig' as I am atraining dveloper. So I reassured the lady that I was OK with her having to refer to the training print out and if it took a while longer it didn't matter. All went fine, all forms and info completed and she did a great job.
