A big mix up.
I received an email saying my cash was ready to collect from Paper Plus in Orewa. When I got there the person at the Kiosk couldn't find it and said that it wasn't there. The date for collection was not correct and had to show and email and insist that it was there. Eventually after quite some time they found the cash in the Kiosk . I lady was being trained and both ladies were very polite and professional. I don't think this was their fault. The fault lay with whoever processed the order originally.
