Same we had to pick the cash up out of town as we live in Taupo and picked it up in Sylvia Park to the day of travel. Would be nice to open an office or appoint an agent.

The Feilding Post shop was great to…
The Feilding Post shop was great to pick my order up from. The person serving me was very good to deal with. Just a shame Travelex NZ don't give smaller currency values, for example you gave us a 100 euro note instead of breaking it up into more 20's or 10s which would be more useful for paying for things while travelling. Other than that the service was good thanks.

As per email just sent to Travelex Card I have been trying to purchase on line with Amazon, they requested verification from Travelex who never sent the code. I phoned help number and was unable to fully understand the persons English however an email from Travelex said all was updated. I retried to order but it is now showing “payment revision needed”. Can you assist as I need to know this card will work when I go to the US

Travelex Invercargill is very…
Travelex Invercargill is very disorganized, they don't answer their phones, they do not return calls or messages that been left. They don't write down orders properly; they only put it on post it notes and then don't follow through with the order. Other people have had the same experience as us. We will not be using them again.
