I've always had positive experiences with Travel Guard, both as a Client and as a Travel Advisor. I have had several occasions to call you for claims, and that's when you prove how valuable your services are. I would never take a trip without a policy from you.

In 2017, I had a heart attack while in Canada. That's when I learned that my state Medicare & Medicaid didn't cover a thing. I've used Travel Guard ever since.

I just go to the TG website, and choose my coverage. Couldn't be easier. And the one time I needed to make a claim for some emergency dental work, the process was easy.

Have a claim first they denied when I was well within the active dates of the claim.
Finally Travel Guard sent me an email that they are revisiting the claim.

Very easy transaction, called them because I had a question and they answered it.

It was easy to use your website, and clear what the coverage is for what cost.

It was easy to navigate the website and decide which policy best met our specific needs.

I also called first to verify two other purchases. The staff person was extremely helpful.

Complete scam. Horrible. Do not pay legitimate claims. Save your money. Complete rip off. Governor gave a state of emergency and said DO NOT TRAVEL!!! I was still denied. Ridiculous!!

I travel alot for work and have only had to cancel twice out of dozens of trips. Both claims were denied. This is an absolute scam. Do no waste your money.

Well I had a trip planed for a get away with my wife, but we had to cancel due to the death of my father. I turned in the information and copy of Death certificate; I was told I would hear something within 15 working days. Did not here a word from them in 13 days. I called and they said they have 2more days to respond. I called back after 17 days and was told I needed to send them the proof of the hotel being canceled, and Itinerary. I sent them this information and was told it could be another 15 business days, I called 15 business days later, I had to tell them I was going text, call every travel agency, friend, Facebook, not to use this company. They finally after that sent a check 10 days later. I also had another trip planed later at end of month with a different travel insurance company they paid me within 6 days. This was a death in my family and was handled extremely Poorly.

Cost of a single use policy was not all that great. Not sure about the effectiveness of coverage based on multiple negative online reviews.
