I would rather have talked to a human than done it on line, even though it went ok.

I got a quote by answering a few simple questions. The coverage plans as well as upgrade options are easy to understand. Within about 30 minutes I got the quote and purchased a plan.

Very easy to accomplish. Good quality service. I've used them in the past & been very satisfied.

We bought in the insurance through Hotels. My family got a stomach bug. Because we didn't go to the ER they denied our claim. I refuted it they denied it. Our request for reimbursement was like 350 bucks.

The company is conartist. If you look at the reviews all the positive one are ppl saying how easy it was to purchase. All of the negative ones are ppl being rejected for the dumbest things.

Do not buy this unless you think you’re going to get incredibly sick for some reason. Covers absolutely nothing, except random stuff like terrorist attacks or inclement weather that’s NOT a hurricane (???). Never will purchase from this company again!

I needed more info about buying a policy online and when I called I got a very helpful representative. She answered all my questions efficiently and in a friendly manner.

Our Travel Agent made the purchase for us.

Literally the worst company every. They denied a claim based on the fact that I am not redundant they will steal your money and deny your claim. They are the ultimate insurance scammers in the industry.

Very easy to review available coverage and choose the appropriate option for my travel. From past experience, this is by far the best insurance to have when traveling and I never take a trip without obtaining Travel Guard Insurance coverage.

simple and effective website. asking for travel methods, including cruise. of course, the cost is very reasonable.

Travel Guard denied my claim twice, citing the fact that our flight was cancelled a few hours before 12:01AM the day it was to depart. I had to file a complaint with the state department of insurance because the adjuster was using the entirely wrong section of the benefits to deny my claim. After that, they paid half. I then had to sue them to recover the remaining amount due. I will never purchase another insurance policy through them. They cannot be trusted and their delays meant that I didn't get full payment for about five months and had to go through a great deal of hassle, just to get them to live up to the terms of the contract.

Needed to get additional insurance for extended travel and your agents would not help me. I've gotten insurance through you for all of our travel, never again. Your agents were rude and down right unhelpful!

Booking a trip and all of the complications that go with it the last thing you are going to do is read the last lines on an insurance policy. Apparently they cover just about nothing and certainly not work related catastrophes. DO NOT BUY THIS PREDATORY POLICY!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful..! My return flight got cancelled by Spirit Airways without any alternate option. I had to book on my own return flight to get back to my home to be able to be back at work. Claim process took lot of time beyond their claimed time frame. They gave me run around to get the reason for spirit airway flight cancellation.
Then It was deemed not reimbursable as "FLIGHT CANCELLATION IS NOT ONE OF THE APPROVED REASON FOR REIMBURSEMENT DURING TRIP INTERRUPTION"
I am not sure if the Travel insurance is not for unexpected flight cancellation by the airlines then what is it for???

I have used Travel Guard dozens of times. They are always prompt, professional, and helpful. We have had to make claims three times and Travel Guard made the process easy.

Awful. The most arduous claim process with the most specific rules undisclosed at the time of purchase (in my case through expedia). If you want to pay for no reason to be denied on the most specific clauses then get this- had someone quit causing me to have to pick up a project I could not have, nor my company, foreseen. No way I could travel, and yet completely uncovered. Awful.

Description of annual travel insurance coverage should make more prominent the advisement that it does not include trip cancellation. My fault for not being more diligent, but it never occurred to me that travel insurance would not include trip cancellation. Now I need to buy trip cancellation coverage for all of my individual trips anyway, making annual coverage effectively useless.

I liked the ease of finding a policy and seeing exactly what it covered. I hope I don't need to cancel my trip, but Travel Guard has given me peace of mind if something happens.
