Dubious at first
I was very dubious of this firm and couldn't understand why they came across as a lot cheaper than all else, but speaking to Rachel she advised all the protection of the company
Also very informative and helpful in amending flight times and looking for alternative airports if needed
Overall got flights sorted at a great rate and Rachel dropped us emails and calls to catch up and check in where needed
