Fraudulent Flight Tickets! - Do not Trust! - Do not Use!
Fraudulent Flight Tickets!
I paid £1117.55 to George Decker from Travelheights.co.uk on 7th October 2022 for a return flight from Heathrow to Cape Town.
All seemed OK until I was informed at the Heathrow Airport Desk that KLM had cancelled the flight, I had no option but to return home.
KLM later advised that a full refund has been made to Travelheights. I have been chasing George Decker and his team for eight months trying to get my refund, but have constantly been 'fobbed-off', stalled, avoided and lied to. I have no option but to now revert to legal action in an attempt to recover my £1117.55
PLEASE DO NOT PAY ANY OF YOUR HARD_EARNED CASH TO THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CHARLATANS!

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!!! Nothing but heartache
I would stay far away from this company. They have caused me nothing but distress. They have deliberately miss sold a ticket. I had had many conversations and emails before booking a once-in-a-lifetime business class ticket to NZ; they quickly issued an e-ticket, and I asked to highlight where it was a business class ticket, and I was assured that it was. My gut told me otherwise, and I contacted the airline to confirm my purchase, and it was indeed not a business-class ticket. I have asked for this issue to be resolved since the end of April, and today I have finally lost my patients and logged it as deliberate fraud. If anyone doubts my experience, I have had a trail of emails since the end of April.

Efficient and easy
Sara was efficient, she helped me find fight tickets to Australia from London Heathrow that worked within my budget while listening to everything I required e.g no more than 1 stop over and no more than 2hours for the stop over. This was important for me as I will be travelling with my 5 year old son. The price I paid was less than what I had seen on other sites after multiple days of researching, the price I paid on other sights had multiple stop overs and up to 18hours stop overs. I was also able to split payment which was incredibly helpful and made the whole ticket feel more affordable. I will be using their services again. This was the first time I used their services and I was sceptical until I received the e-tickets. So the process for anyone using them for the first time is that they generally will call you, talk through options, send you the flight details by email to confirm, you will make payment through the links they send, and then you receive your e-tickets within 24 - 42 hours. Great service!
