No option to rate experience as ZERO stars, but this outfit is clearly a Scammer, and should be avoided at all costs.

They've had my payment since 13 Dec 24, have failed to deliver Goods ordered, and ignored my Online Queries.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

First it started with them giving a broken tracking link so i could not track the delivery at all. After i finally got an answer from them they gave me a working tracking which said that the package had been delivered outside my door WITHOUT notifying me a couple days before i got the response. There hasn't been a package outside my door.

A bunch of back and forth with TravelHer and the local delivery company who are just blaming the other one.
TravelHer is just answering with pretty much "sorry not our problem" when they most likely did not give my contact info to the local delivery company, which they didn't let me choose (I would have chosen to collect from a carrier office).

TravelHer is not owning up to the claim and no offers of trying to fix the issue with getting my money back or sending a new package. Horrible company that probably makes 90% profit of each bag they sell if they even delivery any at all.

Ordered about 2 months ago

Ordered about 2 months ago, and i have not yet recived any information about my order other than a mail saying “thanks for your purchase”

I have tried contacting them multiple times and never gotten any answer.

When i ask to track my order in the chat on the webside, it shows that my order is awaiting fulfilment, yet they already charged my card.

This was the best bag I have ever…

This was the best bag I have ever gotten! Customer service was amazing when I purchased my 2nd order and they delivered me the DELUXE version as well. Super nice bag, I only use this bag to travel with now and i'd to give the company some credit for the bag!

SCAM.... PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY

All these reviews are 100% spot-on. I ordered my back in March, still haven't received. Same as other buyers, received excuse after excuse of responses back. From that they shipped (flat out lie) to they are backordered. Still no product and now they won't answer any emails not that I even want it anymore. After three weeks, showing it hadn't shipped I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't because they fulfilled the order, yet they totally contradicted themselves in an email saying it hadn't shipped because it was backordered. So was it shipped or on backorder. Total liars. Really sad that people will do this to others. Please google, there are tons of other reputable bags out there that do the same thing - cost a bit more but you'll at least get your product.

Worst company ever

Ordered a bag in the beginning of February, didn’t receive it with no info coming it so I sent them emails asking when it’ll arrive and they could never give a estimated time. Therefore asked them several times to cancel my order and full refund- that was impossible for them to do. Received the bag 2 month later, with a broken zipper. Then emailed them to get a returnlabel and attached pictures of the default. Took them 3 WEEKS to answer me, within these weeks I asked several times what the issue is and why I’m not getting a return label. They just answered the same thing over and over as usual- be patient, we’re gonna process the return blabla. Anyway, they got back to me after 3 weeks with an address to where I can send the bag. Not a shipping label. They want me to pay a lot of money to ship a broken bag that I’ve ordered from them, from Sweden to the US. Directly after I got the address they wrote me a new email that they’ve taken a look at my pictures and that I’ve just zipped the bag wrongly and that I should watch a YouTube movie with how to zip the bag..? That they for that reason can’t confirm my return. When they right before sent me and email of how I send the bag back because of a default product…?
I’m an adult, I think I know how to zip a bag.
The worst company I’ve ever been in contact with. Drop shipped product with probably kids running this company. Very unserious, hopefully they won’t last. Take my advice and don’t get yourself involved with this company

Clearly dropped shipped product

Clearly dropped shipped product, should have known it was too good to be true. Took over a month to arrive, customer service was quick to reply with rubbish reasons for lateness. Bag is made of poor quality materials and really tacky looking. Do not buy this product!!!

Complete fraud

Same as below and asked for a refund months ago and haven’t received anything. I ordered 2 bags from TravelHer on 3/15/24. On 3/19/24 I received confirmation and tracking information that it was on its way from China. I have been charged for the items but still have not received anything and the tracking has never been updated. I reached out to the company on 4/5 requesting an update and was told “Thank you for contacting us. I have checked your order and it has a tracking number, however, I am still informing our fulfillment team to cancel the first order. Please wait and I will get back to you once they confirm the cancellation. “ I didn’t hear anything back and when I emailed again I didn’t receive any response at all.
Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau also and the company ignored the complaint.

Poor customer support

Like previous reviews, they claimed to have shipped the bag, but 2 months later, I have yet to receive the product. I've been contacting them for 2 weeks asking for a refund. They keep asking me to wait as they have just shipped my bag. I'm not happy that they weren't listening.

Almost a month & order is not shipped yet..

Its been 3 weeks since I ordered from this website and my order hasn’t been shipped yet. Yes you read that right, hasnt been SHIPPED yet. I contacted customer service 2 weeks after i placed the order and they told me that they were going to ship out the orders in few days. Ten days later, my order is still not shipped. I contacted customer service again and I’m waiting for their excuse as to why this is taking long. TOO LONG imo!! Will update the review IF I receive my order (lets hope this website is not a scam 🙄!)

Definitely will not be ordering from this website again, this bag is NOT worth the stress.

**UPDATE:
Every time i contact customer service i get the same response, which is:
“Due to a huge supply and demand issue for materials needed to make our bag which's why it has been taking extra long (something we can't control), we know how frustrating it is…”

I asked for a cancellation and am now waiting for my refund.
