Expected a good meals but it tasted like they bought it from roadside vendors at cheap price and delivered.

Food was ordered (order id: 2223670), food was not delivered and no response from travel khana, waiting waiting and we called to customercare but not lifted (I think no customercare after 10 PM). When next day morning customercare approached, thank god they lifted call and said we will resolve in 5 days. Customer care personnel carelessness and hung up the call in middle of conversation, was very rude. I don’t understand that “We are there for you or you are there for us?”. So bottom line is that Travel khana will not worry about your hunger and if they can serve they will otherwise they will return you money in 5 days, so why we should rely on such a unfaithful and reckless service. I will try to avoid travel khana.
Thank you very much Travel khana for your worst service and irresponsible customer care.

worst quality of service, packing and delivery and customer care service

I have an order today from travel khana for lunch.order no #2186919 they have to deliver the food at Renugunta junction.they haven't delivered the food and when I called customer care they didn't even responded properly and cut the call on face.that is mostly like personal phone number let's not to say customer care also.
They have an captions says,
"One cannot think we'll.love well,sleep well,if one has not dined well".
What if one can dined well because of your reckless and fooling the customers by not even delivering the food.
First of all maintain some dignity to least respond to customers.you are not simply throwing food.we are paying for it and we have a right to least know.
Seriously don't ever buy food from travel khana.

Horrible experience!

Had two patients on board and ordered food well in time at 6:30pm. They said food will be delivered at 9:30pm.

But no one arrived to deliver food at the said station. When called, they say food cannot be delivered. Patients go hungry!
