i request to GOVT. is fraud company ka licence cancel kar diya jaye ye public ke sath cheat kar rahe hai

Many times we are booking in travel khan.but this trip of my family holiday I had booked travel khan's food by phone. For Salem Jn.it is very poor food.there not available of plain rice which I was ordered and roti was 2 pcs insted of 3 pcs but like as papad .paneer butter masala was test less.fried rice was smelling. This for your information and necessary action.

I ORDERED MY DINNER FOR KHARAGPUR STATION [ORDER ID 820129], AND DID NOT BUY FOOD FROM ANYWHERE ELSE.
TILL THE LAST MOMENT THEY KEPT ME WAITING, SAYING THAT WE WILL DELIVER AND NOBODY CAME TO DELIVER THE FOOD. NOW I'M DYING OF HUNGER AND NOW NO OPTION BUT TO BUY SOMETHING FROM PANTRY.

I ordered food to deliver at Ernakulam and did not buy any other food hoping this guy will deliver. I even double checked. They never supplied food nor any response back when I called. We ended up with no food including small kids making our trip horrible.

Hi i have Ordered 2 Veg Thali.My order no. is 466068 at AHMADNAGAR on 05-Jun,amount i paid Rs 310.While ordering I was assured by operator that I will get Paneer and sweet along with roti dal sabji and rice.But when I received my order and I asked that person about all items he said all items are in thali and immediately he left the train.When I opened the thali I didn't find any paneer sabji or sweet in thali instead there were very spicy egg plant veg full of chilly and other veg was just raw cut garlic full of chilly. I even couldn't eat a bite .Rice was half cooked .I had to throw all food as that was the worst food I have ever had.I paid money for good quality of food .But neither I got good food nor the item you mentioned in commitment to customers while taking order.You have very bad quality of service. You make false promises to customers. I want all my money back that I paid for worst food ever.I strongly condemned your services.
