I bought eSIM for plan "Europe and UK eSIM 48 Countries Llamaya 50 GB 28 Days" ( in late June 26) which said the internet service provider will be Vodafone. I experienced poor internet connection most of the places in London/ Major European cities which took long time to even connect to mobile network. I could not use internet even for google map or any other London city apps.

Painstakingly slow!
Horrible. Got a eSim for Singapore and the speed was painstakingly slow. I ended up getting another eSim from Singapore. The provider is from HK, so it will have to bounce from Singapore > HK > Singapore. Not worth the pain!

eSIM worked great in South Africa and Botswana, patchy in Kenya (cities/larger towns only) and did not work in Tanzania.

Great tech support
Bought and installed an eSIM before leaving Australia. Arrived in Türkiye and, despite everything seeming to have been installed correctly, I had no data. A quick Whatsapp convo with TravelKon support via hotel wifi and some really clear instructions on how to rummage deep in the phone settings had me back online in 15 minutes. Outstanding service!

Super easy ordering process
Super easy ordering process, downloading and installing on my iPhone was super easy. I was travelling from Australia to Europe via China so needed a global option for an eSIM.
Before I took off from Melbourne I activated the eSIM. Once I landed in Beijing the eSIM activated within minutes of turning my phone back on. Mobile service and download speed was excellent in Beijing airport.
On arriving in Copenhagen for my Europe leg, again the eSIM activated within minutes of turning on.
The only downfall was sometimes I experienced a poor signal while I was in Sweden, approximately an hour north of Malmo in a rural area. Several times while at the beach my phone wasn’t able to pick up a tower.
Perhaps Orange could look at the service providers that they switch though in Sweden and opt for better coverage in rural areas. When I was in the area a year earlier I purchased a Lyka SIM card locally and it had excellent signal.
Had the signal in the area I was staying in been better, my review would have been 5 stars.
I will most likely purchase another eSIM when I travel next year.

USA, Canada & Mexico eSim are rubbish
I bought 3x USA, Canada, Mexico eSims. 2 of them didn't activate correctly upon landing in LAX despite following all instructions - ended up needing to remove and readd after contacting suport. They only worked after contacting support. They all stopped working when we travelled to Banff in Canada.
Wasted hours and money on Telstra data packs so I can get them working in both instances.

In relation to why the eSIM may have not worked upon landing in USA, in rare circumstances, the initial network connection may not go through automatically, which is why we suggested to delete and reinstalling the eSIMs which resolved the issue.
We also acknowledge that the original eSIMs encountered further network issues once you travelled to Canada. As soon as we received your message, we promptly reissued three new eSIMs. From our end, the new eSIMs activated straight away and the usage indicates the data working normally.
We do appreciate your patience and understanding while we resolved this for you. Kindly note we have changed the resource for our USA, Canada, Mexico eSIM to ensure this does not happen again. Our team is also available 24/7 to resolve any issues.
