Excellent customer service, prompt response time and very happy with my travel sim.

Beware of being scammed by Travelkon. Paid extra for an eSIM advertised with 5G speeds. Unfortunately the speeds were so slow, less than 1mbps so essentially unusable. Contacted support and they asked me to follow numerous troubleshooting steps which I’d already done multiple times. They blamed network congestion despite my second phone on the same network having speeds up to 70mbps. They offered to “upgrade” to a new eSIM on the last day of my trip. New eSIM had much faster speeds for first few minutes but again became extremely slow. Travelkon refused to accept they issued a faulty product in the first place. They should not be issuing products on congested networks. The fact that they offered an upgrade means they knew the original eSIM would have slower speeds. The product provided clearly did not have the advertised speeds. I would’ve accepted even a partial refund for being issued a faulty product but they insisted there was no fault from their end. If they can provide a new eSIM with much faster speeds they could have done so from the beginning. I suspect they cut costs by knowingly providing customers with eSIMs on congested networks and only offering to “upgrade” to the actual advertised product once they are contacted by customers.

Update: Support finally suggested that a disabled VPN profile may be the culprit as they’d seen “countless” cases of this exact issue. Disappointing that support wasn’t able to figure this out earlier if they truly have seen countless cases. Highly frustrating as their installation and troubleshooting guides do not specify that even when VPN is disabled, it may still affect speeds.

I have used Travelkon during my Europe trip. No issues. I could easily access my emails, internet banking, whatsap calls, social media, etc. I will use their service again.

Didn't have any issues over a 2 week overseas holiday. Never went without service and didn't have to physically do or change anything.
The welcome messages for each country you land in is a nice touch.

I had initial problem changing from Canada to USA. Contacted travelkon by what’s app and fixed on the spot.

First time users on trip to Japan. 1 Esim and 1 normal. Quick response with question before order. Quick delivery after order. Painless ,troubl free activation of both on arrival at destination. Will definitely use again.

We have enjoyed travelling through a lot of countries and have had no issues with data connectivity. Travelkon
has made it simple for us to travel with ease and always have phone data. The information was easy to follow and the prices were better than other companies.

The product works well and a bonus - Being able to speak to a human when you have a problem is infinitely better than the competition.

A great esim - it worked for me through Europe and Turkey (a lot don't cover both areas) I didn't run out of data (which I have in the past) and when I was having issues setting it up the customer service was amazing and I had help immediately to trouble shoot what needed to be done and I was up and running asap. Definitely will use TravelKon on my next trip. Thank you so much.

Ease of use. Easy instructions

Used it in China, often didn't get any connection at all, end up need to turned off and on the mobile all the times, even with that method sometimes didn't work. To contact travelkon even harder as internet in china not allowed us to use Google, what's up and other foreign apps. It's took me more than 3 hours to communicate with travelkon help centre using my friends mobile to try to fix and ended up still not work properly.

It was so good that I only needed to buy 1 esim for travelling to both Philippines and Japan in one trip for both my husband and I. I did not need to switch to another esim.
First day my esim was not working, it was solved by having a quick chat with them and it was solved in minutes for both Esims. Definitely recommended for family and friends and would use again for my next travel
