The entire trip was perfect
The entire trip was perfect.
The hotels were nice and the locations were within walking distance of all the historical sites.
Every guide was on time for transportation and would stop for photography when asked.

Travel Local (Corbeico Travel) recently planned a pre-cruise trip for us in Turkey. They did an amazing job. Our primary interfaces,Atoofah and Buse, were knowledgeable, flexible and very accommodating. We loved visiting both Istanbul and Cappadocia. The sights were amazing, our hotels great and the food delicious . We especially enjoyed Cappadocia: the sunrise balloon ride and our wonderful guide John (Can) made it an unforgettable experience. Could not have been better!

Ecuadorian Andes: Solo Traveler
I booked my Andean journey in Ecuador through Travel Local, and as a solo traveler I am so thankful. Diego was incredibly supportive (even when I left my bag on a tour bus!) and knowing he was available and checking in on me was so helpful. The lodging, guides and experiences all allowed for interacting with the local culture and I learned so much from this experience. Highly recommend!!

8 day trip to Costa Rica
We went on a 8 day trip to Costa Rica. After talking to a couple of tour planners we decided to go with Green World Adventures. Their planning, suggestions and communication were a class above the rest. 8 day trip with 3 destinations and multiple activities went through without a hiccup. The entire vacation was a blissful experience. The Hotels were excellent and cozy. The transportation was always on time and comfortable. Marcela was our planner and handler. Marylis assisted and supported us during some off hours. 6 stars out of 5 to both of them. If the GWA Team is reading this, "Pay these ladies a bonus. They are really excellent at their job.". Overall I would highly recommend GWA and I look forward to engaging the services again.

A difficult place to visit made Easy
This was our third TravelLocal-planned trip, and it was one of the most complicated - but it worked out really well. In general, Egypt is more complicated than other countries, but our guides made the difficulties go away.
Our trip included 6 nights in Cairo/Giza and a 7-night River Nile cruise. We had one guide in Giza who was very good, and another guide for the Nile cruise who was the best guide we have ever had.
We are really happy that we chose the ms Farah ship for our cruise. From all the ships we saw, the ms Farah looked to be the best.

Amazing Greece
Antonis planned an extraordinary 40th anniversary trip for my husband and I. All the details were taken care of before we arrived. All transports were on time and easy to find. The hotels were all wonderful and clean! Greece was an amazing country to visit and I’m sure we will be back.

Morocco's Finest.
Connecting with Hamid and his company was amazing. He was incredibly prompt in responding and an amazing help in tailoring a trip that included some rather off the beaten path places in Morocco. His hotel choices were fantastic, and well-located to facilitate walking around the old towns. He allotted just the right amount of time for my wife, son and I to see everything we wanted. When we arrived in the country, he met with us in person to ensure we were settled and offer some shopping tips for any souvenirs we might want. His driver Walid also provided great restaurant tips for each of the cities we stopped in. Can't say enough good things about our experience with Chegaga Travel and Travel Local.

Amazing Quito area/Galapagos
Our entire experience was amazing! Alvaro planned a wonderful trip and offered options so that we could make the best decisions for our family. It was very easy. Diego was our contact while traveling and he checked in frequently, everything was well coordinated. Chris, our guide, was absolutely wonderful. So knowledgeable, so flexible, he knew everyone, he was so great. Our cruise in the Galapagos was also fantastic, the staff was warm and responsive, our naturalist Fabian filled with information. Magical History Tour
Our trip was incredible. We are so grateful to Jean Pierre and the team at Travel Local for all the hard work to help design a trip that was totally tailored to us - including the evening golf-cart tour in Rome with sunset views and night-time views of the monuments all lit up,that was so cool, as well as reservations and suggestions throughout our trip to Rome and Tuscany - including walks on Aventino Hill, walks in Florence on the other side of the river and self-guided food tour suggestions, as well as excellent tours of the Colosseum and the Vatican museums. We also did a dreamy day trip to Cinque Terre. We appreciated nice clean hotels that fit wtihin our budget and all of the coordination that made the booking process easier. Highly recommend this experience that can be totally tailored to your needs and budget. Every single day of this trip was truly magical!

Great hotels. Drivers were on time and informative. Claire had great suggestions. I was reluctant to dine at the Michelin starred restaurant in Ardmore, but followed her lead and had an amazing meal.

A great way to experience Quito from a local perspective originally booked a trip with Local…
I originally booked a trip with Local in Ecuador in 2020 but Covid and a range of factors got in the way. We finally did the trip in June 2026 and they were anazing.
4 day trips were arranged and Alexis was our guide in all 4 trips. He was a good driver and car always clean and comfortable.

Our guide was responsive and helpful. She listened to all our requests and made adjustments to fit our goals. She even came through for us when our tour guide didn't have the complete plan and she needed to make a call to him. She made extra efforts to take us off the beaten path.
