Right from the start from booking the holiday Dannielle was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble it was lovely to have the personal touch with the travel mappers tote bag and the welcome home postcard .I would definately recommend Dannielle to book your holidays will definately be a returning customer .

From start to finish our holiday experience with Danielle @ Travel Mappers was excellent. She helped us get to our final choice by listening to what we wanted as a family holiday to suit us all, beating prices we saw from various operators. We booked Croatia and it did not disappoint. Everything was spot on. Danielle took care of everything, all paperwork and checking in, parking so all we had to do was wait for our getaway date to come along. Having given Danielle a very late notice brief of a multi city break in either, Scandinavia or Ireland. Danielle soon came back to me with options. We decided to go with the Scandinavian option which involved 3 countries (4 cities) using various modes of transport. Everything was fabulous and all of our connections and hotels were great and in good locations. Any queries I had prior to travel were quickly and efficiently responded to and the personal touches were much appreciated.

Danielle arranged a trip for my wife & I for our 15th wedding anniversary to Florence, Italy, We had never been there before so really welcomed the guidance from Danielle about how to go about it and the recommendation of flying into Pisa to see the leaning tower and then get the train to Florence was spot on.
