Flight from Nashville to Dallas get late check the Flight aa2238 history and it’s late most of the time. I call customer service and lady not willing to talk she send me to local Dallas customer service agent at D24 station the line about 100+ Peopels most of your customers Unhappy and so tired some people in a will chair.
I feel this is your normal routine. The lady at departure gate not even willing to talk.
I have very bad experience with all the costumer service.
One costumer service lady at D24 station barely call service for 1 person in 15-20 minutes.
