Trent Collins was amazing!!!
He helped me lower the cost of my business class ticket by informing me I could save money on air fare by adding a stop to my ticket.
It made all the difference. I cancelled my ticket on another airline and bought my roundtrip with him.
He was so polite and quick and explained everything very well.
I put his number in my airline contacts and will make sure to book my next trip with him..

My mother was charged almost $900 for a flight that I booked myself for less than $400. The company supposedly issued her a refund but refused to send an email confirmation and told me that the refund would be issued in 7-10 business days. I called back to question how she was charged so much in the first place and they became belligerent with me, refusing to answer how they arrived at the original price.

These stars are for Trent who has more patience than I'm sure of any of your employees. For reasons I cannot explain, your online system kept rejecting my credit cards (all of them) so I called and spoke with him. After probably 2 hours on the phone, one went thru. On another note however, I am NOT HAPPY that my flights cost $400+ more than my brother's who booked his online at the same time I tried to book mine online. This seems really unfair.
