I was distraught because I have to cancel a long awaited trip due to an unexpected injury and upcoming operation.

Hard to book a flight on-line
I tried making my reservations online, but I wasn't having any luck. By the time I entered my information, the price of the ticket had gone up by $100. I finally called customer service and Warren was able to help me and book my flight. He was courteous and very patient with me.
