Your representative Cole went totally out of his way to help us get our flight changed. We didn’t realize that my grandson’s basketball team was playing first thing Friday morning and we would be arriving too late to his first game. My grandson who is 13 yrs. with Cerebral Palsy is going to be playing in the National Wheelchair Basketball Championship in Monroe, LA. On March 20-22. The name of his team is the Rolling Blazers from Portland, OR. Their FB page is Bridge City Inclusive Sports. Representative Cole stayed on the phone with us until everything was confirmed which was a long process due to Comcast. He made a 13 yrs. boy so happy not to miss his very first game. Not everyone would go out of their way to assist us with such a positive attitude. Cole was incredibly helpful and full of support. I will always be an AA flyer first because of this man’s kindness and diligence. His customer support is of the highest quality. He’s definitely a keeper. Please extend my appreciation to his supervisor who helped make everything possible. Without the two of them my grandson would have had to miss his first game. American Airlines the airlines that cares!!!

I called to make changes to my flight and was quoted a price. I agreed to the changes and paid the fee. I was told I would receive a confirmation email with the updated itinerary.
That email never arrived.
Over the next four days, I called twice a day. Each time, I was promised the confirmation email was coming. It never did.
Then, just 24 hours before I was scheduled to fly home, I was told the changes had never actually been processed and could not be made.
Because I trusted that the changes were completed as promised, I missed my original flight and now have to purchase entirely new tickets to get home.
This experience has been incredibly stressful, costly, and unacceptable. Based on what I went through, I would strongly caution others before booking with this company. Liars, fraud, scammer to say the least.
Rich was extremely friendly and helpful in arranging assistance for me on my flight to and from Philadelphia in January 2026. I am a young senior citizen recovering from hip surgery in September.
I have and always will fly British Airways and will continue to recommend BA.

Somehow my mom ended up talking with this company when trying to make a reservation thru American Airlines app. They were far less than honest. Trying to get her to purchase a first class ticket for $500 more than the AA.com app the. Asking for 2 credit card numbers to split the charge. CROOKS!!!!

We Had several issues with our flight plans.
I attempted to use the United web site to address but was unsuccessful.
I called United and a very capable and knowledgeable person, Jack miller provided a solution to all of our concerns. I know that on top of our issues were the government shutdown issues.
Mr. Miller put a lot of effort and expertise into solving our issues. We are simply ecstatic with the result.
Thank you United and in particular Mr. Jack Miller for making our holiday travel experience the best.

The gentleman gave a full refund for a canceled flight. I had made calls and was hung up on by a supervisor even after informing him of the DOT rules and the airline rules my son was on and the policy.
