Travel Protect Reviews 

I take out two policies with travel protect in 2025 as I am on a year long, world trip. I initially chose them based on price and the coverage level according to the PDS. I had to change my major policy to update countries I was travelling to and that was an easy and quick process, with the communication and process being clear and highly efficient. So efficient I thought the people behind the emails were AI (I know...and I don't like AI), but they were just really responsive humans!! I then have had an unexpected, not fun medical emergency that I needed to make an ongoing claim for and the experience with that has been the best I've had with any insurance company (and we all know how great insurance companies are ..) . I have had the same claims representative support me the entire process (shoutout to Michael H!!) and he has been so kind, understanding and transparent with my claim submission and payments. I am so damn grateful to have taken insurance out with Travel Protect. And someone give Michael H a bonus or at least a lil gift voucher for being so wonderful (although every staff member I've been in contact with has also been great so maybe give everyone a bonus). I'll be taking my next travel insurance policy out with them for sure!

We just got back from our trip even though we did not do any claim this is the first time I used Travel protect insurance but they kept in touch with me during the trip and after the trip. Thank you for always being there.

Unfortunately I got very sick during our holiday. I stayed in contact with robinassist which handles all the claims and I felt very supported. Everyone was very friendly and understanding of the situation. I mainly got the insurance because we flew with our 4 months old baby but I didn’t expect that I would get sick and I would have to use the insurance. Luckily the insurance was very well worth it and paid for all medical expenses. I would 100% recommend travelprotect and will use it for any future trips with my family. I will also recommend it to friends and family.

It was the only website that seemed to be able to offer insurance for the same day with travel in Australia. We visited Lake Eyre via plane with aviation tours. I wanted to cover the cost of tickets and parking if anything happened. Thankfully we had a safe flight and a great trip

I had reassurance that I was insured and even better that I did not need to use it.

First time in many many years of travel that I have needed to use my travel insurance and this company was exceptional. Constant contact, empathy, and advice on how to navigate a dreadful time in a foreign country. Choosing them was a random thing, but I will only use them going forward. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Easy to navigate, no fussy and user friendly

Great peace of mind and ease of application. Compared many policies when preparing for our trip and Travel Protect was most suited to our needs. Would not hesitate using again for our next trip.

Very easy to sign up but once complete if you don't add to your digital wallet straight away you have no way of retrieving your policy or details as I didnt get any email confirmation.

Great price everything included that we needed

Flights got cancelled, emailed them about it, they said pay for new flights and submit a claim, so I did, and then they say they do not cover engineering problems for flight cancellations. Like there are legit two ways a plane gets cancelled... weather and plane issues. AND they dont tell you anywhere. Literally take your money and choose to protect you when it suits them.
