Booked Body Glove Dolphin Cruise and the Marriott Luau online, and it was very easy. Got all the information back rapidly by email, and there were no hitches. The prices were right, both events were even better than advertised. My 25 yo grandson and I enjoyed it all immensely. Thank you, Tyler, we'll be sure to get hold of you for next time.

In December 2015 I traveled to Hawai'i for the first time and I booked the sunset and stargazing tour to Mauna Kea via Travel Shack. It was one of the most memorable experiences on the Big Island. Before booking the tour I got quick and useful advice from Tyler and all the communication with him was very efficient. The tour itself was very well organised, led by a professional and friendly guide. I can only recommend Travel Shack!

There were many companies offering excursions for my Hawaii trip. It was my first time to Hawaii so I was hesitant on booking through a company I had never heard of. For one of my excursions , I had booked a tour to Mauna Kea for 3 out of the five of us that we're going. My other two members booked separately but at the same time. I was so surprised that Tyler emailed me right away when there was a problem with the space available and was able to move me and the rest of my group to a day that accomodated all of us. There was no hassle at all!
Every event I booked had all my information when I arrived! It made things so effortless! I am so happy I booked through Travel Shack and have already suggested others to use it. I will definitely be using it again!!

I booked three different daytrips with TravelShack for my Big Island 10 day vacation. I actually only participated in the Stargazing on Mauna Lea and snorkeling aboard one of the Fairwinds boats. Through no fault of TravelShack my third excursion was canceled (I was the only person signed up for an eight mile bike ride in the Volcano National Park on a Thursday). I received a timely refund of the cost of this failed booking. And note that a different day was offered but just did not fit into my schedule. The stargazing and snorkeling trips were flat out fantastic. The service providers, the food provided, and the content of the trips were top of the heap. I have no hesitation in recommending Tyler Szabo and staff at TravelShack to anyone looking into booking their vacation daytrips.

We made two bookings with TravelShack and both were superb. The Body Glove sunset cruise had great music and fun company, good food and drinks, and the 3 course dinner at Daylight Mind for 2 was a terrific deal. TravelShack was informative and responsive, and the website made planning and booking activities easy. Highly recommend!
