They leaked my personal information…

They leaked my personal information such as the contract ID, the vacation weeks that I have left, including my personal contact information. Someone internal (TravelSmart VIP) reached out promising they could sell my unused weeks to the new customers and I got scammed $18,000 through this. I reported every details that I have related to this incident but they're not investigating. I am beyond frustrated but there's nothing I can do since they're not a US company.

Save your money.

They are supposed to be there to assist you and make you experience enjoyable. Do not buy into their program. Do your research and stay away from them.
