Car hire booking misleading

After putting in a search for Belfast City Airport car hire it allowed me to select a car hire firm using a shuttle bus though it wasn't clear that this was from Belfast International airport. Fortunately the car hire firm contacted me to highlight that my flight number was arriving at City Airport and they didn't do shuttle buses from there . I asked if I could cancel and the cancellation fee was as much as the hire fee, they advised me to go back to the broker. Phoning the broker who again was very nice advised me that they could arrange the car hire from City Airport though there would be an ammendment fee which also was substantial, I therefore decided to go direct to the car hire firm and arrange....I won't be using this site again

Dosent listen.

Asked for holidays at a specific resort. Threw up holidays in resorts miles away from the location I wanted. Total waste of time.
