Reliable
I did not find easily the place in a car park in Croydon. Although the gentleman who picked the sample was friendly and I go the results in the next morning. Really reliable and I do advise this service.

I'm sorry this is such a un professional people no one help you wrong test for travelers my one friend miss his flight because of you guys he lost one day hotel and paid extra monet too book next day flight and he paid another pcr aswell soo I'm not happy you are services sorry

Beware the Cancellation Fees
I didn't need the Fit-2-Fly PCR test appointment I'd booked as the rules changed so requested to cancel it. Eurofins charge a £15 cancellation fee, even when I'm still within the 14 day distance selling right-to-refund time frame and when no physical test has been sent to me as it was an in-person appointment I cancelled. In future I'll check the cancellation terms more carefully before choosing a test provider - but it won't be Eurofins.

Responsive service
Efficient and responsive customer service - I got emailed to notify me that the testing site was closing earlier than the time slot I booked, and managed to rebook it by just emailing in. I even called on the day to reschedule and they were very flexible about it.
-1 star for wrong timings on the booking website, and the testing centre at Wembley clearly not setup for scale - I was expecting e.g. one way system, donning and doffing areas for staff to minimise cross contamination from personal items and customers (always assuming that they might test positive).

Testing Site at Cheltenham Closing
Due to the testing site at Cheltenham closing we have had to change the order to home testing kits however we've still only received one of the two testing kits ordered and are still waiting for the Home testing kit for Booking Reference Number: EUROF1269991 which is need by 6 February despite numerous unhelpful phone calls.
We found the Sample Site at Cheltenham very efficient when we used it in December so its a shame it is closing albeit I do understand the changes in the Covid Testing policy has brought this about.

I received an incorrect PCR Results…
I received an incorrect PCR Results Certificate which included dates from a previous test, had I not noticed this error I would have been refused access to my flight at significant cost

Exceptional service from start to finish. Eurofins staff go out of their way to ensure that the process is trouble-free. Results received 15 hours after putting the test sample in the drop off box.

Mixed experience
Plus points - the operation based from Ashford Asda car park worked very well and the person running it was friendly and effecient. The results came back in the expected time frame.
Minus points - customer service was non-existent. The help line took 40 minutes to respond and directed me to an email enquiry form. I never received a response from my email enquiry. The computer app was unstable and on one occasion took my payment without completing the appointment booking.

Poor Experience, Not Very Professional
London Heathrow Drive-Through - Terminal 4, Southern Perimeter Road
What a Heath-Robinson operation! The site is a coned-off back area of a car park with a tatty looking hut for the security staff to shelter in. I had booked a drive-through LFT, yet when I arrived a friendly enough girl in a high-vis simply thrust a single-pack test kit at me (the same brand as the NHS dish out), and said you can do it here or take it home if you want. You are then expected to read all the instructions, do the test yourself, upload the results yourself (you're stuffed if you don't have a smart phone), and then wait for the response. What's the point of booking a drive-through test if you have to do it all yourself?
It might be cheap, but it seems you get what you pay for, and honestly, I'd rather pay just a little bit more for one of the other sites at LHR that operate in a much more professional manner.

As stated on our website under fit to fly's Drive through, 'the self-sample is taken onsite' meaning we would not read out instructions to you or register the kit. The swab is self administered . It is the customers responsibility to ensure they are reading this information before booking.

I did not get the results of my test
I did not even get the results of my test and had to pay another test to be able to travel the day of Christmas! I want to be reimbursed.
