Tragic experience
Tragic experience. Ran in a derelict car park. Ruined my holiday as the company displayed the test as something it wasn’t. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t use again even if it was last resort.

Got absolutely messed around once I arrived at the airport as the test was not valid to fly, come across so many others that had the same problem as they used this shambles of a company. The website does not state that upon arrival you will perform the test yourself which is not valid for the pcr as they only accept ones that are done by a medical professional.
Won’t be using again!

Do not use this company, false advertising, advertisement for “antigen” tests. It’s only when the certificate came through it said “rapid antigen test” we had to pay another £55 to “randox” an amazing company that sorted us out just in time to get next day results to fly to iceland or our trip could not have gone ahead!!! DO NOT USE EUROFINS. We rang the customer service who agreed that it is not clear in the marketing and informed us to request a refund via the form on line. I have done this a week ago and no one has contacted me. The correspondence is not good from such a “reputable” company.

Dreadful. Booked the tests for family of 5 but the rules have now changed. Tried to cancel but there is a £15 PER PERSON - Not booking.
Total rip off!

I can't complain! We used a sampling site in the evening and results and certificate were with us around 10 hours later. Straightforward process, would use again.

Once you find the right place on the Southern Permimeter Road at Heathrow, the process is very straightforward and the staff guide you through the steps.
Received our results within 9 hours.
Good value for money compared with many other Fit for Travel testing companies.

Flawless experience for a second time
Flawless experience for a second time. We had a problem of our own making that was nicely and efficiently sorted by the lady at Risley drive in site. Result 14 hrs later. My partner had a problem with an incorrectly completed form that was efficiently sorted on the phone at 7 in the morning by Sarah G. Cannot fault this organisation.
