I had an excellent experience with Travel Tycoon, especially thanks to Max Turner. From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful and supportive at every stage of our booking. We were unsure about where to go and when to travel, and Max guided us through everything — from weather advice to budgeting, inclusions, adjustments, and detailed explanations.
He suggested excellent hotels, gave us multiple options to choose from, and made sure everything suited our preferences. What really stood out was his support even after we reached Marrakech. Whenever we faced any inconvenience, he was always available — answering calls, replying to messages, and consistently checking in to ensure we had arrived safely and were enjoying the trip.
The service we received was far better than what the Google reviews suggest. Travel Tycoon is genuinely trustworthy, professional, and customer-focused. We had a great experience in Marrakech and will definitely book through them again for future travels. I would confidently recommend Travel Tycoon, especially Max Turner, to anyone planning a trip.
