Good experience with Tycoon Agency
The company is very helpful, polite, patient and immediately resolve the problems. Due to some unpredictable circumstances, we have some problems with our airports transfers in Egypt but the agency agent was very easy to communicate with. Overall, our holiday was a great experience

I had an excellent experience with Sam Abram’s from Travel Tycoons while booking our holiday package to Egypt and Morocco (23 January–29 January). I changed my package several times, but Sam was extremely patient and supportive from day one. He also suggested great hotel options, keeping in mind that I was travelling with my 2-year-old daughter and celebrating her 2nd birthday. Very professional, thoughtful, and reliable. We just returned from an incredible 7-night Moroccan adventure arranged by Sam Abram at Travel Tycoons, and we couldn't be happier. The pricing was competitive with other companies, and while we had to cover the cost for additional luggage, our focus was on a smooth and comfortable journey, especially since we traveled with our kids. Sam was exceptional—patiently handling our every concern and ensuring all our needs were met. The hotel was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views, top-notch service, and an outstanding team. Throughout our trip, Sam was readily available and responsive. Our private transportation was perfectly organized, with drivers who were punctual and easy to talk to. Even when we had to cancel an activity at the last minute, Sam graciously took care of it and issued a refund. We highly recommend Travel Tycoons for their extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating staff. Our children fell in love with the trip, and it provided us with the most unforgettable experience.
