Travel Unravel. A UK Travel Agent fronting a major scamming operation …

Travel unravel is a UK registered company that has successfully scammed hundreds of customers. They upload ghost websites purporting to be the websites of major airlines including British Airways. They post specific telephone numbers related to the airline and fool customers to believing they are speaking directly to that airline call centre. They then book flights , change existing flights and often double the price quoted by the airlines. They are ATOL registered but both the Metropolitan Police Fraud Squad and ATOL have failed to prosecute this company. They are Indian personnel who answer customers using sudanyms such as "Eric" or "Monty" to fool customers to believe they are English. On challenge , even UK banks representing customers who have been scammed have admitted that this scam is so sophisticated that they cannot protect customers. Please DO NOT engage with this company on any level

Approach the travel site TravelUnravel…

Approach the travel site TravelUnravel with caution. At the age of 87, I found myself in a dire situation when I missed my flight from Heathrow. In my moment of panic, I reached out to this service for assistance. Irene, one of their agents, was incredibly supportive, and I placed my trust in her. She managed to secure a booking for me on a United Airlines flight. However, I was charged £1598, and later discovered that the actual cost to them was only £938.69, likely earning them a commission in the process. Despite numerous requests, I couldn't recover any of the excess amount I paid. It seems they might operate various other so-called Helpful sites, so shutting down this one wouldn’t be an issue for them.

Do not trust the site called Travelunravel…

Do not trust the site called TravelUnravel.
I am 87 years old and I missed my flight out of Heathrow. and panicked. I sought help from this site.
Irene was very helpful and I trusted her, eventually I was booked on a United Airlines flight. They charged me £1598 for the flight, and I eventually found that they had paid only £938.69, for which they probably got commission. They would not reimburse me for any of the cash that I paid, no matter how many times I asked
No doubt they have a series of other "Helpful sites". So closing this one would not be a problem for them.

Very bad experience with this company…

Very bad experience with this company and the owner Kane is very bad at listening to what you have to say and your concerns about the service and situation,no knowledge of the company and the condition of the service and premises. I don’t know how ATOL has certified this appalling company to trade in travel.
