Quick, easy, no silly refreshing of prices.

Shocking!
Beware, you cannot manage your own booking or reach anyone in TravelUp. I've emailed and have yet to receive a response. Called to be advised over 1 hour waiting time. Waited an hour twice to be disconnected on both occasions. Left voicemail for callback which was unsuccessful.
My flight changed and couldn't go ahead due to the minimum layover time not meeting requirements and could not be confirmed. The airline couldn't amend due to Travelup owning the flight.
Would not recommend using this company as you cannot communicate
I had a terrible experience with TravelUp. They treated me very poorly and deducted money unnecessarily. My flight was cancelled by the airline, but TravelUp made the situation extremely stressful and frustrating instead of helping.
They did not send my refund on time. I had to wait 9 weeks and eventually had to go through my bank to get my money back. Even then, they deducted some amount, claiming it was an “admin fee.”
What’s worse is that the airline had already refunded them the next day, yet they still delayed my payment and caused a lot of inconvenience.
Very disappointing service. I would not recommend them at all.

I have booked a flight with BA to Qatar and it is cancelled by BA so i have requested a refund via travelup. Travelup advised that it will take 6-8 week's for me to received the full refund however I have spoken to BA and they said it takes 7-10 days for the refund to be in the Travel up's account so i am not sure why trravelup would hold my money for 6-8 weeks ? This is a shocking service !!

Absolutely disgusting customer service, requested for a refund for my booking almost 4 weeks ago now and was told via email that my refund would take 4-6 weeks to arrive. I called them up today and now someone else is telling me it will take 6-8 weeks for my refund to arrive. They are a bunch of lying scumbags so do not book with them !

Firstly I cannot complain about the ease of booking and the price paid, these were great.
When it comes to cancel my flight to dubai then on to Thailand with the airline, and the airline saying I could cancel due to the ongoing situation in Iran, I must say this company is unbelievably bad, actually the worst I have ever experienced. I cannot cancel and ask for a refund direct from the airline as i booked through Travelup. I have tried to cancel and get a refund the following ways, Telephone, standard line, flight line, complaints line, (youre 57th in the queue and waiting time of over an hour, if you can wait or the line doesnt go dead), email normal email, complaints email, refund email, (told the mail boxes are full and my email cannot be delivered, this has happened countless times). I understand due to the current situation these flight suppliers are busy and cannot do everything however Im at my whits end trying to cancel and get a refund, also Im not due to fly until the 27th April and guaranteed if i just dont turn up I wont be able to cancel.
This is a company of two halves on ease and price the other if there is a problem is a half of no and i mean NO customer service.
Spoilt an experience that could be great for one that could be expensive due to circumstances out of my control.
BEWARE people this isnt a place I would want anyone to be in!

Honestly horrible customer service. You call at any time on their urgent number and you'll be higher than 15th in queue. Called the other day, was 31st in line to speak to an agent, after an hour I got to 15th and stayed at 15th for another. Gave up after 2 hours on the phone

I am extremely disappointed with the service from TravelUp. My flight scheduled for tomorrow was cancelled, and I was not informed in any way—no email, no notification, nothing. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable and has caused me significant stress and inconvenience.
As a customer, I expect to be promptly informed of any changes, especially something as important as a flight cancellation. Because of your failure to notify me, I have had no time to make alternative arrangements.
I would like an immediate explanation for this oversight, as well as clear guidance on what compensation or rebooking options are available to me. This experience has seriously affected my trust in your service.
