ABSOLUTLEY APALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT BOOK

Absolutely appalling customer service was not even willing to help even a single bit after being on the phone with me for only two minutes he said there's nothing he can do. Did not even bother helping with the situation or problem

Ignoring request for refund following cancelled flight

I sent a query to TravelUp regarding a cancelled flight on 1st March and, whilst I received an initial response asking for further detail within 2 days, once I asked for a refund and provided evidence from the carrier that I was entitled to do so, they have not provided a single response. I believe I'm being ignored on purpose, but it's too much money for me to simply abandon.

Hey scammers

Hey scammers
You can send long replies on here but cannot reply to any emails I have sent on official channels regarding my refund. No contact via email or call for over 2 months and I’m still waiting my refund of just under £4000 . Money you took within minutes and not refunding back . FYI having spoken to the airline directly , they refund form there side is done , it’s you you not communicating or refunding customers now!!!

And since you asked here is my booking reference number - 3873300 and Your Booking No TH3400718.

You must know why there are two !!
