Booked a trip December, they cancelled it twice still waiting for a refund which will never come come in April. Shocking do your homework on this. Guy.

Cancel your holiday and awaiting refunds that never turn up after numerous phone calls and then when you comment on their Facebook page they will block you. The company is a shambles and run by a cowboy.This company has been on TV and in the press over the way the business is so badly run with people like myself awaiting refunds for cancelled trips and holidays.

Bearing in mind this company have changed their business name on Facebook 12 times since 2018, says it all!

Warning this company is criminal they take your money cancel you trips and don’t refund you .. when I went to school it’s Theft taking money under false pretences ! People are owed thousands. Don’t become another victim don’t book and waste you money !!

I booked for the Coronation St experience , two weeks before I constantly telephoned regarding “ pickup “ details , no answer , emailed no reply . “ Top Tip “ telephone the booking line they answered ( of course ) , I was told it was “ withdrawn “ , “ was I not informed “ as if ? Identical experience for a friend several weeks ago ( wish I had known ) . It’s not only the disappointment , arrangements have too be made , some costly ie dog kennels , no refund though not used . I paid TBM by card , however my refund how long it will take , apparently it can still take quite a while . I live only several miles from them , maybe a visit would be more productive ?

What a fantastic trip we had, our driver Craig went above and beyond for us and made our trip amazing, there were a few hiccups in the way to the Grand National trip, but Craig sorted it all out. The coaches are clean, spacious, and comfortable and it was a pleasure riding in them. We paid our money with no issues, we were picked up on time, and our entrance tickets were waiting for us at the hotel when we arrived. The hotel was basic but clean, warm, comfortable with a fantastic breakfast and wholesome evening meal. The whole weekend was great and we will definitely be using TRAVEL WITH MATTHEW again and we can’t wait!!

Went to peppa pig world on Saturday and had a fantastic time. The driver lee was really informative and really helpful

We went to Aintree grand national this weekend with Mathew's coaches. We went with another couple who were picked up before us and thank god because there was confusion as to our pick up point. On the journey our hotel got changed three times, the route taken was very long , due to traffic and accidents , but through all of this our driver graig was a trooper. We then got dropped off outside the course but not in bus park so a long walk back to bus after a long day but again graig kept us all informed. I have to say the busses were very clean and he looked after all our needs. But they need to iron sort out what's going on behind the scenes to get this company running smoothly. They did however give every one a call to ask how they can improve their service. We will be booking with these again so good luck Mathew's from gaynor Wallis.

I booked for my dad to go with his friend to go to the grand national. It was AMAZING !! The bus was very comfortable and clean. The driver Craig went above and beyond. My dad doesn't have a smart phone and the tickets couldn't be emailed to him so the driver sorted it so the tickets were printed out for him at the hotel. The hotel was lovely and the food was delicious. When booking the trip the staff were helpful and very easy to book with. My dad has wanted to go to the grand national for years and travel with mathew made it a dream come true. Look for more bookings from us.

Travelled to Cadburys World on Sunday with Travel with Matthew,all went off without a hitch.Bus was lovely and clean,driver Was very polite and helpful.I've seen lots of negative reviews,all I can say is I had 2 trips cancelled over lockdown which couldn't be helped and received my money back both times,speak as you find I believe and I've never had any negative issues,would book again no problem.

Currently on day 2 of the peppa pig world trip with travel with Matthew. I cannot fault the service, I’ve had no issues with contact via phone or email and our driver Jamie has been fantastic!
I would recommend TWM again and again!

Still waiting for refund from Dec 6th 2021
Sent numerous emails and made many dozens of phone calls. This company is the worst I've ever had to deal with. They will promise you this that and the other, they tell lie after lie. Stay well clear of this company. My case is being dealt with through Trading Standards.

Absolutely shocking experience cancelled 2 days before we ment to go and over a month and still not refunded money ....... travel with Matthew you should be ashamed of yourself...... please please please do not use this company.... Edwards Coaches are much better and they won't repeat off.....

AVOID do not book with them as they will either cancel or tell you to make your own way

Awful Company AVOID. Took nearly £900 off me. They cancelled the trip. Must have rung over 20 times after the 28 days they said it would take to refund, everytime promised a call back. Never happened, refused to let me speak to management.
My credit card company took over in the end to fight it!!!!!

Had our lodge cancelled due to Covid. Took several months after the booking date to have any response from Matthew. We were owed close to £600 for 4 months.

Finally had some confirmation that we would receive a refund but had to pay fees totalling £100.

Terrible business, poor communication. Wouldn’t recommend.

Do not book with this company , the worse experience ever , they are modern day thievs , take your money , cancel your trip and do not return your money , lie upon lie of returning your money , DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS SO CALLED TRAVEL COMPANY

I would give zero stars if I could. Worst travel company in the world!! Do not book with this company, you have been warned! Avoid like the plague!

After our trip to London was cancelled by them in November 2021, we asked for a refund which we still haven't recieved.
We have rang several times between then and now and been told many different things, such as checks will be sent out and that the money would be back in our account in x amount of days. I highly recommend never booking with them.

Went with travel with Matthew to Torquay and Exeter with my partner to explore, drink beer and we’ll just have some time away from life’s drama’s.

Lee was amazing with us and I managed to get a front seat due to mobility issues - which resulted in a comfortable ride.

The bus we had was well amazing, comfortable and probably one of the nicest I have been on. I don’t drive so I have been on a few.

Hotel was a three star - Babbacombe hotel I believe. Manager met us when we arrived. Food was great beer was great maybe a little expensive but hay ho.

Shout out to the male voice choir of llantrisant who kept the bus busy with songs and hymns.

First trip with them and likely to try another in the next few months

After being told my trip to London was 100% going ahead on the 25th March 2022 lo and behold he cancelled it 18 hours before we were due to leave. I went up the shop that day and Matthew looked me in the eyes and told be he had arranged my refund. Nine days later there is no refund. He is a liar who takes your money, cancels your trip and does everything he can not to give you your money back. You have been warned DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS CROOK.
