We had an amazing trip with Matthew went to Llandudno. Professionally run from start to finish. We stayed at the Risbro and the staff were really friendly, food was lovely and we had a well deserved laugh with a group of friends I'd definitely recommend and definitely book again. I think the travel companies are being sh_t on from a great height by government and they have been having a real rough time of it.

We've just booked our next trip to Blackpool and also Polar express which I can't wait to take my granddaughter on

Don't Travel with Matthew nothing but hassle waited 20 days for a refund for a bus trip that they canceled the day before going. do yourselves a favor and book with someone else.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Travel with Matthew will take your money and refuse to refund (even when it was them that cancelled the trip, and phoned me directly to offer a cash refund and then immediately go back on their word and say it’s not their policy!) There must be zero communication between management and staff because nobody seems to know what they’re saying and consistently trip up and contradict what their own policies are depending on who you speak to. Do not part with any monies as you will not see it again if they cancel no matter the circumstance. They love to palm people off with a credit note and refuse to give you any other option. Worst travel company I have ever encountered, it speaks volumes that the company has removed the reviews off their page and judging by the many other negative reviews on Trustpilot there are many unhappy customers. Do yourselves a favour avoid Travel with Matthew and book with a reliable company who look after their customers and know their own company policies.

Once he has your money he refuses to give a refund due to the covid scamdemic Stay away .

We have a group booking to Haven - Kiln Park in Tenby (for next week 12th March), however Haven have made a decision to close all parks until April.
I rang TWM as soon as I saw that Haven had made this decision to ask what our options are / request a refund. (As you can imagine, giving the current climate, and Haven being an expensive site anyway, the holiday cost a bit).

We were told by TWM that they had been removed as agents from Haven bookings and couldn’t do anything to help and that we would need to contact Haven directly, we tried doing this endless amounts of times however their lines were closed due to Covid. We then rang TWM back to tell them this but again, they advised that they definelty couldn’t help as they have passed all our details for the booking, including our money, over to Haven. Surly the whole reason for using a travel agent is so that they deal with the WHOLE booking from start to finish, including any issues?!

We have today finally managed to speak to Haven who have located the booking and have advised that all the details on said booking are under TWM so therefore they can not refund or amend my booking as as far as their concerned the funds and booking still lay with TWM... So AGAIN we rang TWM to tell them this, to be told, ‘I’m not sure what’s going on or where the funds are’... we’re now at a loss as to what is going on with this and where our money is.

This really isn’t acceptable service at the best of times let alone during the tough times we are experiencing now. I know plenty of people who have booked through TWM & have had a lovely time with no issues, it’s such a shame that they’ve continued to be so unhelpful to us about this particular booking.

Well I'm gobsmacked at the service from TRAVEL WITH MATTHEW in Merthyr Tydfil, rang to amend or cancel my break booked with them for this month (haven parks closed until April) first I was informed I would have to wait for them to get the refund from Haven then wait 21dsys for them to send me a cheque !!! A bloody cheque. I asked to speak to Matthew who was there in the background but was first told he was busy !! He then came on the phone would not let me speak as I am not happy to wait weeks for my money back. He then Hung up on me . I rang back only to be told they did not have to deal with abuse 😯. That was not abuse trust me. I was annoyed and at no point did I swear at anyone (they can listen to the "recorded" call ) . Now they won't refund me and I have to try to get it from Haven.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!! I had already heard bad things but being local I thought I'd book with them. Lesson learnt.

We went on our 1st trip to Peppa Pig World today and had an amazing day. The trip was really well organised, he made bus trip fun for the children and nothing was too much trouble. I would definately book to go again on many more trips.

Took my first trip with Mathew today and could not fault a thing! From the moment I enquired about going to Peppa Pig World Mathew had responded quickly with all the information I needed and was more than happy to answer any questions I had! Fantastic and very friendly with made things a lot more enjoyable! Thank you for the movies too, what a brilliant way to keep the children entertained.
Cant wait to book more trips with yourself!

Absolutely fantastic fun filled trips with Matthew with bingo and raffles it's just so much fun. I have been on a few of Matthew's trips and booked more in the future it's a must

Would highly recommend travel with Matthew I have been on 3 xmas shopping trips and have another booked later on this year..Matthew provides bingo ..raffles .chocolates mince pies all personal touches no other coach operator gives on a xmas shopping trip ..

I have to say what a brilliant firm to go with i have been on so many trips and have another 2 booked cant wait to go amazing would highly recommend come on guys keep booking

Went on a shopping trip to Bath, everything was brilliant, the journey just flew, Matthew had bingo, raffles & a gift for us all on the bus, would recommend anyone to use Travel with Matthew

I can't recommend Matthew high enough. Friendly, very well priced and exactly what you need when you book a trip. I have booked a further three trips after my initial trip last Christmas. Try it once and you'll be hooked.

Our first trip with Matthew to Cadbury’s world was brilliant from start to finish. Really well organized and he really couldn’t do enough for you. 4 more trips booked with him over the next few months and can’t wait. Highly recommend.
