I worked personally with Fred.
We had family tally critically ill and needed to get family in ASAP. He was fast, compassionate and had me taken care of.
When I needed to change flight information last minute, he took care of it without me ever having to call.

Gracy was very helpful throughout the whole call. She remained calm while helping me trying to figure out a flight for my mom. Mind you, all the flights have been canceled due to the snow storm, so I was panicked but she remained calm and helped me get a new flight.
She was also very very kind to me even when I was not. Thank you very very much for all your help, Gracy.

If i could give 0 stars, i would. This website is a total SCAM. First they charge your account and send you a pending booking email. Once you call them to see what's going on with the booking , they try to convince you to pay more money because the price of the tickets supposedly went up. If you fall for the bait, then they charge you more and ask that you wait to receive a booking confirmation only an hour or so before your flight. I live an hour away from the airport, how do i wait for confirmation an hour to my flight time. I called my bank right away. COMPLETE SCAM.... DO NOT USE.

NEVER EVER , NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Wish I could give a zero!! Such a SCAM! Showed tickets for where I wanted to go last minute round trip for 300, and its only 2 days round trip. Showed seats were available so I booked it. Said it was processing, next day they called and said there were no seats available that I needed to upgrade, so it would be another 400. I said no cancel it, they said they couldn't cancel and I would lose my 300. So they said they could do 300 more. I said no! Finally they said the best they could do is 195 more. So I said ok because I wanted to go on the trip. The flight was for the next day at 4pm, they said I would have itinerary and boarding pass by noon. 12:30 cam up and still nothing. So I called and they said I would have in within an hr..2pm came up and nothing. I was heading to the airport with nothing! I called the airline to see if they could help with boarding pass and they had no record of my name!!!! I called travodeals up and told them about it and the said I was under que.. WHAT???? they said give them 40 minutes. So its now 3 pm and I am at the airport and nothing. I called them back ready to let someone have it and as soon as they pick up they phone they say please hold, I hold for 5 minutes and someone comes back and says check your email. Now I have the info. Nothing like waiting til the last minute!!. Thankfully it was a small airport that takes maybe 20 min to get through..Now, I called back about getting my boarding pass to come back home, and the person wants me to give them a 5 star rating before they send the damn pass!!! WTF! Seriously.. so i did because I had no choice so I could get back home. I sent the review and he wanted me to send a screenshot to a phone number he gave me. Then he says I just sent your info to your email, and I checked and there it was.. And nobody speaks english very well at all!

Patricia Lopez did an excellent job with my flight plans. She was able to save me more than $100, compared to the cost from the airline company. I highly recommend her services, since she will work hard for her customers.

MICHAEL ROMERO Addressed my issue in a timely manner, he was courtesy and polite. My issue had to due with not having my return flight info. Michael noted the importance of my concerns and took care of it.

I was flying with my parents who don’t speak the language. Fred made sure we get 3 seats together. I also follow up with me after to make sure everything went well. He provides excellent customer service and made the journey easy. Thank you Fred!

Patricia Lopez was great in my time of need, my flight got cancelled and delayed. She assisted me well and eased my anxiety. At first I thought it was all too good to be true with the price but it was real and I appreciate her so much for her patience and kindness.

Mario Smith did a great job with a rate that non other could match. He was very helpful in taking care of things. It took some time for me to get my ticket, but he made sure I knew what was happening and delivered in time since I booked a flight at the last minute (less than 24 hours). The company does what it says...highly recommend.
