I had to absolute pleasure of working with Jenny Smith on helping me get a flight, she was very patient and had outstanding customer service. She really took her time and really cared about not only finding my flight but making sure I got there safely. Highly recommend.

Travo Deals is a scam, buyer beware!! I was left stranded at the airport with emails including my flight itinerary, booking reference, and even (oddly before check-in) a boarding pass. The airlines (Southwest) didn't have me in the system. I called Travo Deals in a very stressed state, where they told me to wait 20-30 minutes while they "fixed" the issue, then I called back and they told me to stay on hold, when I waited 30 minutes with no reply. I had to check in and board that flight. I ended up buying another ticket at the check-in desk, and my bank was good about quickly filing a claim and refunding my money once I got home. But every person with whom I spoke on the phone had such a heavy South Asian accent that I had a hard time understanding them. I had to keep asking them to slow down so I could understand. I was never able to get a local agent on the phone to explain to me just what was going on and why I wasn't in the system. In all my years of traveling I've never come across this. BUYER BEWARE!! NEVER book through Travo Deals, which is billed from Friendz Travel!!

They were helpful and handled my situation.

Good over experience was definitely scared at first because of the 24hr wait to process the ticket and then it not telling me that the basic economy was no more but other that that I got to point A to B safely so thank you and they call all the time throughout the process so it made me trust the process a little more and thank you Jenny smith for helping me through everything

This company is a bait and switch scam, publishing low prices then callingthey should be in jail . to say the flight is fully booked but another is available for much higher then the airlines regular rate.

I booked a last minute flight to see my ailing parents, the reservation was at a "pending" status so I called. Apparently, the outgoing flight could not be reserved as they were sold out but within the 2-1/2hrs they kept me on the phone, there were seats available on the airline's web site. Additionally their "supervisor" Patricia said he was going to speak to her "supervisor" and kept me on the line for over a half hour. Then gave the the phone back to Mario who is just a ticketing agent.

They are rude and condescending. Spoke over me and when trying to charge DOUBLE what I agreed to, they try to convince me they are giving me a discount.

Mario Smith was very helpful & kind. Excellent service.will use again!
