Even 1 star is too much. I paid for train from Tbilisi to Kutaisi online. At the morning i received message on whatsup that all goes as planned but when I arrived at the train station they told me train was canceled and I need to go with bus. For refund I have to do it online, I dont know how... I paid for bus to Kutaisi Airport and from there another bus to Kutaisi, together 6 hours.

First of all, I want to point out that you have a very simple and user-friendly application.
Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the support team. As you know, with the Visa Premium card you had an offer where cancellation and seat selection fees were refunded. When I recently purchased a ticket, the amount was not refunded, even though this option still appeared in the app. I contacted the support team, provided every screenshots, but they were unable to help with anything. One of the agents even ended the chat without giving me a reply. Their last message was that they would “check the case,” and five days later I saw that the conversation had been closed.
This is not about the 2 GEL, it’s about the company not acknowledging the problem and the fact that there is no real way to resolve issues, aside from receiving an ironic attitude.

My humble suggestion - Please hire some decent developers for integrating the payment gateway the right way. It’s so damn frustrating to book a ticket on the website, it takes 20 attempts to book 1 ticket. No matter what card you use it’s not going to work. Please invest in some good developers, you can hire from India.
Pathetic is a great word for the experience.
Visa,Amex Mastercard you can try it all but not gonna work until you are super lucky! Can’t imagine this in 2025🫠

Unfortunately, I have to leave a bad review so others are aware.
I bought 4 tickets and even paid extra for the “cancel option” because my plans might change, so having the ability to cancel for a full refund was important to me. Eventually, I had to cancel, and while they refunded the ticket price, they kept the 35 GEL fee. This means you’re never actually getting a full refund, which is very misleading.
It feels like a scam to charge extra for a “full refund” option and then keep part of the money. Horrible experience — I will definitely never buy tickets from this platform again.
By the way, you can buy tickets without these fees on the official GR website
