Gas lift mechanism doesn’t hold
We bought a gas lift bed and it’s beautiful but it won’t do what it’s supposed to do - the gas lift mechanism doesn’t work and the bed won’t hold the mattress up. Got in touch with their customer service via but they’re slow to reply - I’ve been on this chat for 6 hours and they still haven’t confirmed if it’s a gas lift problem or if we’ve installed it wrongly (we followed the manual accurately but their team is now saying it should be installed opposite of what’s shown). Very poor experience.

Queen Bed and Mattress

Perfect for Starting Fresh on a Budget”
I recently purchased a house and we were basically starting from scratch — we had absolutely nothing. After budgeting for brand-new appliances and everything else we needed, I really needed a proper bed. I had been sleeping on an air bed and stretcher for months before we moved into our home, which definitely wasn’t the best!
I shopped around for ages looking for something brand new, affordable and within my budget. I was also going for a minimalist, clean and earthy look for my new home, so when I found a simple oak bed frame and mattress combo on TreasureBox, it was exactly what I was looking for.
I ordered on Wednesday and everything arrived by Friday — much faster than expected! It was well packaged, and the bed frame was easy to put together.
I got the brand-new bed frame and mattress for under $500 including shipping. The frame is simple but looks great with the style I wanted, and the mattress is really comfortable and surprisingly good quality for the price.
Being able to mix and match the bed and mattress options was a bonus. Really happy with my purchase — affordable, great value and perfect for setting up a new home from scratch on a budget.

The product was good
The product was good. But the courier left it at the front door unattended for 7 hours despite I have specifically asked NOT to leave it at front door and had rung the courier company, after leaving the instructions in writing, to make sure the message was in place. Your courier company is not responding to my complaint.
