Shocking service - took 75 mins for the lady at the counter to get our order and we followed all the steps by email before hand.

Easy and automatic pick up
Easy and automatic pick up, what I mean is I received an email to let them know that I am on my way to pick up, then on arrival I should click on arrived and the friendly staff told me that my package is ready on the allocated parking, package in the car and that easy and smooth!

I am still waiting for my parcel that was dispatched on the 29th of June and now im told its sitting at NZ couriers in Hamilton and I will have to collect it. I have paid for over size courier to my door so I expect a refund for courier charges 🙁🤔

I ordered 2 items a desk and an ottoman bench on the 14th June only got to pick up the desk on the 29th June and I was told the ottoman will be ready to be picked up on a later - it is now the 7th July and have gotten an email to rate the ottoman bench I order, the one they never gave me…. Scammed of $180 eek
