Aramex is the worst courier company!
Using Aramex to courier the item is what resulted in this score. Aramex is literally the worst courier company currently operating in nz. They're unreliable, have numerous issues and I've literally always encountered problems when they're responsible for delivering something!

Bad staff and forgotten order
Staff were not talkative seemed bored to be there and no helpful at all. And multiple items were missed from my order. All the boxes for a low boy. My matress topper and 1 out of 3 boxes of another low boy. And no comunication on how to solve this issue.
