Ordered various items for Christmas at the beginning of December… they arrived at the end of December.

Particularly disappointed with the Sherpa snow hood, as it was way smaller than the image… see that someone else has left a similar review which says you only get a refund if you return to China!!! Won’t be ordering anything else of this company and will be very wary of social media advertising for the unknown companies.
The customer service was disappointing in regard with when the parcel would arrive.

Ordered gloves ages before Xmas. Didn't arrive despite the tracker saying that they had been delivered after Xmas. Emailed them but no response.

Wish I read the reviews before buying. Parcel tracking updated to say delivered the week before. I didn't receive anything and no response from the email I sent. DO NOT BUY FROM TREASURECAT!!!!!!

Ordered a fleece / hood. Arrived as expected, but was way too small (not like the photos which were over a ski helmet and one size for all) and was poor quality with misaligned toggle holes. Customer services did respond offering money back if returned to China or 50% refund (which I took as was so expensive to return to China). Would not recommend or use this company again.

This is a scam, do not buy from them, took my money then said they tried to deliver my item which they did not 😡

Want to return the goods....email to the email address on their website cannot be delivered! They advise to email to get directions on how to return goods! Well and truly scammed! Stay clear!

I received the item but it doesn’t work at all, there is no way of charging it up it’s just a load of rubbish I spent £24 and it doesn’t work!!! Don’t buy anything from the website it’s not worth it, it was advertised on Facebook. I have to remember that most things advertised on this are just scammers producing complete tat as the product doesn’t do anything as advertised. I will never use this again, it was actually a Christmas present for a 9 year old so he was disappointed it didn’t work!! Disgusting company!!

Cheap Chinese rubbish. Took 3 weeks to be delivered even though website stated 7-10 days. When it finally arrived, half of the lights didn’t work, there were no instructions and support weren’t interested in helping. I ended up throwing them away in frustration. No wondered they’ve resulted to using fake reviews here.

Awful. Avoid like the plague. Cheap rubbish from china, reality is nothing like the pictures. Try to get a refund and you get radio silence. Trust Pilot needs to include a zero star option because that’s what everyone would select for this website. I suspect it’s run by some chancer in his bedroom at his mums house.

Ordered a small karaoke machine for my twinsfor Christmas on 7th December it stated it would arrive before then. Parcel has been "In transit" in London since the 18th no updates and not easy to talk to anyone from the company. Very disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would. Its now Christmas eve so I highly doubt this will arrive before tomorrow.

Ordered my items on 8th December as a Christmas present. They’ve taken my money and don’t respond to any emails requesting when I can expect to receive my goods. It is now the 23rd December and I’ve lost all hope. Thieves.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Purchased a karaoke machine for my 10 year old for Christmas in November and it hasn’t arrived, no response from the company. Do not waste your money on this scam website.

UPDATE: 21.12.24 Order just arrived this morning. Why,oh why do they not email delivery info!!! So NOT a scam but came from China, I think ?? - hence 30 days for delivery, and not UK as the website implies. Item looks good and just as advert but too late for this year as an advent calendar. Will keep for next year.

I ordered a Lego advent set on 20/11/24 at £36.48. Still not arrived - 20/12/24.
No correspondence from them so assume this is a huge scam!!! Someone has made a lot of money for their Christmas but I feel totally let down!!

I ordered a personalised wallet for a present for my sons 40th birthday ordered on the 26th november 2024 - guess what still not received my goods paid £27.96 no answer to.my emails asked them to call me still no answer I have asked for a refund still no answer

I have Been waiting over 27 days for my order. I have spend over £70 quid and still not received. Emailed over and over and still not had a response. Joke. When I get a response back and my order I will change my review. But untill I get my order I will not do so.

I would have given them zero if I could. I ordered from this cowboy company a book about the life of Dad and Mom. The spelling mistakes are actually laughable. But at £26 for two books, I expected ALOT more. I have contacted the company for a refund- of course no reply! Do NOT buy from this company.

Ordered my parents and in-laws a memory book each as all over 80. No email with tracking, infact I only have email from PayPal. I've started a dispute with PayPal and asked fir my money back. I really wanted these books though. Very disappointed

Ordered some “tell us your story” books. They are full of spelling mistakes and duplicate questions!! I’ve attempted to contact them via email, through fb messenger and on the website and nothing! No response! I can not gift these as I intended too because they are awful! Im still expecting to be contacted and fully refunded!!

Ordered a Christmas Tree of bricks a month ago on November 10th and still waiting for it to arrive. No mention of it coming from China or I wouldn’t have ordered it. Impossible to get any sense from emails sent. They just don’t answer.
Looks like I’ve lost nearly £40. You’d be mad to buy anything from this company.
