Scam. Item not as described and no way to reasonably return. Avoid!!

I haven't received my order for my daughter. I'm about to contact my bank to see if there's anything they can do. My advice is do not order from here

This company are a complete joke! Do NOT order from them! I ordered 2 pairs of gloves on 20th December for my partner & family. 34 days later & I've not received my purchases or heard from the company! I've sent several emails to customer services. To add insult to injury, I received a standard email asking me to review my product. The one that never arrived!! Exceptionally poor, non-existent service!!

If I could, I would give zero star. It is a scam website. I ordered 3 cute nightlights before Christmas 2024. I checked tracking many times and on Christmas day it said the parcel arrived to London airport. Then in January it was still showing the same. I sent an email to customer service but no answer. Then a few days later the tracking said it was delivered on the 29th of December. It wasn't delivered and customer service did not answer me. I contacted my bank and reported the website and the bank paid my money back.
Don't use this webshop. It is a scam.

Incorrect order received, contacted them the day It arrived early December…. No response… followed it up a week later, nothing. Sent multiple emails and still no response. Will never buy from here again.

Not received item and no refund stay away with a large barg pole

My husband purchased a Sherpa hood ski mask. It did arrive but it is really badly made. Very cheap looking and only just fits over a head, it would not go over a helmet as advertised. Tried it on my 9 year old as well but only just fits on his head.

I ordered goods from this company in November, they never arrived, I have asked for a refund, I have heard nothing back, I wish I had read the reviews first, DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Parcel never arrived and I never received any replies to emails asking where my parcel is. Money was taken from my account but no refund received as requested.

Do not buy from this company.
Goods never arrived for Xmas , terrible customer service , said delivered but have still not provided proof. Still no refund. We need to make sure everyone stops buying from them !

I ordered a novelty nightlight for my granddaughter for Christmas (which admittedly I knew would be unlikely to arrive in time).
On 22nd December I checked the tracking on the item and apparently it was in my local mail office and would be delivered the following day. On 23rd the tracking info was that it had been delivered successfully.
Despite several emails and via 2 separate mediums I have had no response at all. I do however keep getting emails from Treasurecat telling me that I still have items in my shopping basket, or here is an extra 10% off your next purchase.
Please dont waste your money on anything from these rip-off merchants.

SCAM!! Scam scam scam

Ordered an item end of November for a Christmas gift. Tracking details changed a couple of times (from delivered to delivery office and then changed back again etc) and finally said it had been delivered to addressee on 14.12.24.

This item has never been delivered to me and have contacted the company 3 times using their email service with no response whatsoever.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Dreadful service. Ordered 14th Dec. It's now 7th Jan. Still not received the order. I've emailed twice and completed twice their contact form on their website. Still no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Total scam took my money no goods delivered ignore my emails this is theft do not touch this lot with a barge pole how they allowed to advertise still is beyond me

Placed order on 1st December, 2024. It's now 5th January, 2025 and items still not received. Tracking number was saying that item had been received at a mail centre on 20th Dec, and it said that up until 31st Dec when all of a sudden the tracking said it had been delivered to me on 22nd Dec. Tracking information is utter lies, as nothing has been received, and no response to my email sent on 31st Dec asking for proof of delivery, and requesting a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

I bought the karaoke machine that everyone is raving about, only to find that when I went to use it, the mics do not connect properly and the music that I connect to it has an annoying whistling sound and goes in and out of range!!
I’ve emailed about advice on how I return the item, and have received nothing! Yet I am receiving emails to ‘review’ the item!
If I do not hear back within the next few days, I will be requesting a charge back from my bank!
