Poor service
I booked a day 2 PCR covid test for £90 on Tuesday 30th November for my arrival on the 3rd December and because they sent on Friday 3rd December Royal mail next working day I didn't receive until Tuesday 7th December, two days too late to adhere to government mandatory guidelines, tried to contact them for a refund as it was delivered way too late, but got no response via email, contact us or WhatsApp chat. How did they ever think it would reach me in time? I realise they are probably very busy but the lack of reply is just taking the P**s. Ended up getting another test from Collinson at £55.
