Amazing service, great boxes. Wife was very happy with all she received.
I found the Goddess Project to be very accommodating and responsive, extended the initial 6 months and will definitely resubscribe at a future date!

My cousin was given a 6 month subscription as a present and she told me about it, so I signed up, I've had 3 boxes so far, 4th box is on its way as i type, its so exciting opening the gorgeous box, it looks very special the black box with a lovely bow, inside the matching set or nightwear all wrapped in tissue. Its a great treat for yourself, or makes an amazing gift. Laura in customer services is very friendly and they give great overall customer service, fantastic subscription service. Cant wait to get my next box xx

What a fantastic service. I bought a subscription for my wife for her birthday and she loves it. The items received have been from great quality brands, so there is a real sense of quality and value for money and my wife loves the surprise of not knowing what she is going to get each month. The after sales service has also been excellent. Any problems with the fit or style are taken care of easily and without any fuss. If you want to put a smile on your partner's face (at least) once a month, then I couldn't recommend it more.

Been receiving the subscription boxes for the last 9 months and every selection has be brilliant and the customer service is great. A very well received present for the wife and totally recommended to husbands who are stuck for present ideas or women who don't want to shop!

I've received really high-quality products from this box, really beautiful pieces that were a perfect pick-me-up during the lockdown darkness! Sometimes dressing sexily is a great way to give you a spring in your step. The sizing is good too, and the customer service fantastic.

I purchased the 6 month subscription for my wife. She loved every single box that was sent. All items were high quality and well worth the month.

The only feedback I have is that it would be good to have a reoccurring subscription that is easy to turn on and off when needed.

I got this as a birthday present from my husband which I thought was a lovely gift. I have been very pleased with the quality of the items and fitted perfectly. I've always been reluctant to purchase bras on a website due to my bust size but these have been great.

Amazing!! The underwear is beautiful and comfortable and it’s a great way to treat yourself.... it’s easy to get carried away with life, so this is really something that I would recommend to all out there wanting to get new matching underwear 🤗 what makes the goddess project even better is the personal experience you get when you need support, the team are so helpful and kind and will do everything to assist!

Was stumped for a present for my wife and stumbled across the goddess project, which made a great and very well received box. The first parcel arrived just in time for her birthday, which she loved and fitted excellently (not something that always goes well in the shops, which had led me to be a little hesitant to sign up at all).

But beyond the excellence of the products, where the Goddess Project REALLY excel, for me is in their communication and customer service. I've been in touch a few times to clarify things and once to discuss a return, and every time, unfailingly, Laura has been brilliant to deal with. Personable, knowledgable and did everything needed.

It would be an unusual thing to "recommend" to my friends directly, but were it to ever come up in a conversation, I unfailingly would (and I am pretty sure my wife has recommended in person too).

And after our first 5 packages, despite returning the most recent one as it wasn't quite right, I've just signed us up for longer!

The lingerie is great quality, the presentation of the box is excellent, speed of delivery is fast and the whole service is managed really well. I've had quite a few reasons to contact the company for exchanges and changes to sizes and such. Everytime the speed of response and professionalism is amazing. They really put the customer first! I bought a 6 month subscription for my wife for Christmas. Absolutely brilliant gift, my wife loved it! It also encouraged her to wear styles that she wouldn’t normally pick for herself! Top quality products with top quality service! We had a couple of sizing issues, but Laura was amazing in dealing with our issues and she wasn’t satisfied until we were happy! She kept in touch with us all the time, and emails were answered pretty much instantly! 1st class product and service, will definitely be a returning customer!

My husband bought this gift for me Christmas and what a beautiful gift it is!
I was very surprised by the quality and the style in the first box as I was not expecting to be my taste at all. However each and every box just gets better and better!
I have had a problem with the fit of one of the bras and had even left it over the returns time due to one thing or another. I emailed in to ask if this could still be returned and it was a very helpful yes. The customer service is some of the best I have ever received from an online service!

My other half bought me a subscription for Valentines day last year. I have always loved wearing matching underwear and having a new set turn up every month is a massive treat. Every now and again there's a lovely surprise of pyjamas or a dressing gown etc. I have absolutely loved most of the things I've received and the odd item that wasn't to my taste has been replaced with no issue and I honestly trust that my comments about what I didn't like have been taken on board. I look forward to my box turning up every month, so much so it was my valentine gift this year too (by request not lack of imagination) and I couldn't be happier.

The product is great, and the service is even better. Laura was fantastically helpful whenever we had questions, or wanted something that was a little different. Would definitely recommend.
