Don't bother shopping here

I ordered a bottle of prime 2 months ago. After them saying it was dispatched still no product arrived. I have emailed them 8 times, I still haven't recieved a response from them. High prices and customer support is a shambles.

Bad experience

Very bad customer service, 2 months waiting...
After 1 month with absolutely no news about my order and sent several emails which were ignored I received a short answer saying they have fulfilled my order and invite me to rate the product ( which i haven't received..)
They continue ignoring more of my emails until after weeks I finally got a proper answer to let me know that the order has been dispatched.
Hopefully I will receive my order..

Hi, I apologize that you had a negative experience. Due to the courier delivering pre-orders late, we had no choice but to wait until delivery was made to us. Your emails were not ignored, we receive hundreds of emails each day and can get overwhelmed as we are a small growing business. Unfortunately as we are a small growing business it can get overwhelming as the past couple months have been extremely busy for us as we had a sudden influx in orders. Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope that you will give us another chance in the future!

Our policy clearly states that orders placed before 11am will be dispatched the same day, but your order was placed after 11am therefore, it would not have been dispatched the same day. Hermes aim to deliver next day, but they do not guarantee this service, this is also stated in our policy. We do apologize for this inconvenience and hope to give you a better experience in the future.

Ordered some stock and a few days later realised my money was put back in my account without any communication on what happened to my order.
