I visited with my wife for our wedding anniversary, and for me, it was a first-time experience getting my nails done. The location was perfect, and the nail tech was very friendly and talented. We are both very happy with our nails and will most definitely return.

Dreadful company with no customer service other than bots. Happy to give your hard earned money away to scammers that appear to have inside knowledge of how the company works. Customer service is the last thing they care about. They just act as a parasite that feeds off their customers. I would give no stars if I could. Avoid and invest in your own booking suite.

Wonderful stay! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the spa was fantastic, and both the room and hotel were beautiful and comfortable. I had a great time and would definitely come back!

I hadn't had a facial in over 5 years so wasn't sure what treatment would be best for me. I booked a consultation with Grace and she was incredibly knowledgable, insightful and just a lovely person. We decided to go with a microdermabrasion facial, an oxygen hydrating mask plus extraction. This included the most heavenly neck and shoulder massage.

I walked away on cloud 9. My skin has never looked so good and Grace gave me some great tips to keep my skin glowing!

I’ve had a really positive experience using Treatwell and find the whole service incredibly convenient. The website is easy to navigate, and I really like being able to compare different salons and therapists, look through available appointment times, read genuine customer reviews and book everything in one place without having to call around individually.

The booking process is straightforward and clearly shows the treatment, price, appointment time and venue information before you confirm, which makes everything feel very transparent. I also find the confirmation and reminder system really useful, as all of the details of the appointment are easy to access afterwards.

One of the things I particularly appreciate is being able to discover smaller local salons and independent therapists that I might not otherwise have come across. Having reviews from previous customers also makes choosing somewhere new feel much easier and gives you a better idea of what to expect.

Overall, Treatwell takes a lot of the hassle out of booking beauty and wellness treatments. It’s simple, convenient and user-friendly, and I would happily continue using it to find and book future appointments.

It was a bumpy start transferring to treatwell, a move that almost didn’t happen due to a variety of different things and breakdown in communication. But I must say, if it wasn’t for Rachel and Matilda going above and beyond, completely turning me around I wouldn’t be here today, excited and confident that I have made the right decision. What an incredible sweet pair, so kind and thoughtful who listened and went above and beyond their job roles and duties. Absolutely love my lashes! The service was amazing, and the results are even better than I expected. Gabriela did such a beautiful job and paid attention to every detail. My lashes look gorgeous and feel so comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

The second time I have been and I’ve been really happy with the experience.

The setting is so calm and relaxing from the moment that you arrive. I had a foot massage, which was incredibly relaxing. I feel very lucky to have this on my doorstep, and I'll definitely be booking again!
