What a stupid company they are!

They have got our Clinic on their website! I have asked them to delete us from their website they have been ignoring us for the last 2 months!!!!!!!!!!!

Unbelievable! No one even gives us a call or there are bo phone numbers to call them!

Since we have deleted our accounts we also dont have any access to their stupid chat support!!!

Please stay away from them.

Being a little older, I was genuinely worried the first time I had a back massage, but I was in so much pain with a life time of overworked muscles. It has really made a difference, I'm sleeping better and feel great!

A bad experience, impossible to get money back from nail bar, or Treatwell. Disgusting service. My contract is with Treatwell & they refuse to help, directing me to get money from supplier, I cant do this and now have been scanned

Anna is a great specialist. I have been using her service since 2023 and I can confidently say she is talented and very knowledgeable!

I had the anti-aging facial with Jeannie and had such a great experience. She really takes the time to look at your skin properly, cleanse it thoroughly, analyse what it needs, and then use products that are suited to you. What I appreciated most is that she doesn’t just do the treatment — she also explains what she is doing and educates you about your skin, which makes the whole experience feel genuinely worthwhile.

Jeannie is extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind, and you can tell she really knows what she is doing. It’s definitely worth the money because you’re not just paying for a facial, you’re learning how to take better care of your skin too.

I also love supporting a local business like this. I almost don’t want to say too many good things because they’re already busy and I’d still like to be able to get an appointment! But if you want to look after your skin and age gracefully, this is absolutely a place worth visiting.

Brilliant experience

Honestly can not explain how many problems treatwell have caused me recently and it feels like I’m being robbed. I’ve had multiple double bookings, they put pre payments back on when I switched them off to get more money off me I’ve contacted them 4 times and not one of those four people have switched it back and now they haven’t took a clients details so I’ve been left with a 45 minute gap in my day can’t charge her no show all because their system is changing all my settings to get more money off me huge scam will be changing providers soon don’t use them

I had such a relaxing experience with the beard facial. My skin felt incredibly clean, soft and refreshed afterwards, and my beard felt much more nourished without feeling greasy. The whole treatment was calm, unhurried and really well thought out. The facial massage was probably my favourite part. I completely switched off. I left feeling genuinely relaxed and looked after. Would definitely book again.

Manage to get a last slot on a busy Saturday with one week notice and I loved the results. This was my first time with Monica and she did a great job cutting and dying my hair, I was really happy with it. Would totally recommend!!
