Sumera is lovely and brilliant at her job. Talked me through the process and advised next plan of action. I had the Hifu treatment which was lovely and relaxing. I can see a different already. Was advised there would be a20% change on the first day then gradually get better.

I managed to book at short notice. I was pleased to be able to book in for a treatment package which included a facial massage, Indian head massage and back and neck massage.
I had a lovely warm welcome on arrival and completed the personal details form necessary for the therapist.
The salon and treatment rooms were relaxing, clean and very well presented.
The treatment was explained to me before I got ready and then, throughout I was thoroughly relaxed. It was an amazing treatment!!

Younis is incredibly talented! I often stop by their shop! He's super polite and really skilled! I was getting ready for my friend's wedding, and he totally nailed the haircut! Everyone was asking where I got it done.

Tommy was brilliant, great cut, great service, I will definitely return and highly recommend Tommy.

Treatwell company has a dreadful practise. They allow business owners to practise POST APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS and on a massive scale. This practise does not push businesses to improve in the contrary it helps them to cover up their shortcomings; therefore robbing the customer from their rights to share their bad experiences. They are only happy to advertise positive outcomes but not the opposite. If you book through Treatwell website and you end up having an appaling service AND if you are NOT QUICK ENOUGH or if you DO NOT KNOW that once your appointment is cancelled by business owner, you can't leave your review. You are mistreated twice. The post appointment cancellations is allowed by the blessings of Treatwell for the obvious reaons. I contacted Treatwell about the issue. They apologised for the inconvenience and that was it. I reached to them again and again. I was simply ignored. Total silence . It's their website through which customers book, trust and pay in return of what?
Treatwell wants to keep the glossy reviews and does not want to hear otherwise. Treatwell will be reported to customers rights associations and trading standards..etc
