Very slow and annoying booking system , and also the 42% fee for first time customer is nothing but a day light robbery . This should be illegal!

Saria Styles - what a lovely hairdressers. Fatima gives the most chic, stylish and flattering hair cuts. Also she understands curly hair which is rare.

I booked a treatment through Treatwell and paid £35 for this. I didn’t receive a confirmation email from the salon but didn’t think much of it at the time. Later I contacted the salon I had booked with to confirm my appointment date and time and to confirm they had received the payment. The salon had no record of my booking and had received no payment. I contacted Treatwell regarding this, who have now told me 3 times they will contact me within 72 hours, and they have cut my conversation off before I have finished. It has now been 7 full days since and I haven’t heard anything back from them and have therefore had to contact my bank and raise a dispute. I have paid for a service which I have not received and the customer service has been non existent. I will not be booking through Treatwell again and would not recommend them.
