A hope for the future
Their projects are wonderful, giving hope for the future. The site is accessible, clear and it is super easy to understand how forests, purchases and gifts work. I have had the need for online support for a particular request and that too has been efficient, fast and kind.

To date we are providing the geographical coordinates and the photo of the tree that has just been moved to the ground, but we will take your request into consideration and work on it. Their customer service is fantastic and they provide in-depth videos of behind the scenes and about how the trees we plant affect local communities/the environment.

Edit: sent yet another email to the address they mentioned, asking to be unsubscribed, little after received another newsletter. Great.

Treedom is false advertising, seems like a scam
My husband planted trees in both our names 3 years ago. At first we got regular updates but since the past few years there’s not been one photo our trees.
It was sold as a service where you would follow the growth of the trees and you would see photos of their progress.
At this point who even knows if they were planted or not? Seems like a scam.
Send us some photos of our trees to confirm that they’ve been planted at that exact location.
