Fantastic first experience using Tree Frog. Reasonably priced, quick turnarounds and great looking slabs at the end of it. Special mention on their customer service - they are friendly, helpful and responsive (thanks Bonnie!) I would say I will use them again, but I’ve already submitted my next order so that ship has sailed!

I was a bit apprehensive sending my son's Pokemon trading card away to be graded, but I'd read positive reviews online so decided to give them a go.

I can't fault the service, the process was clearly explained and I received updates once the card had been graded and was on it's way back to us.

Given the more costly and time-consuming alternative options of sending items to the US, it's reassuring to have a trustworthy business in the UK.

No complaints from me (other than the fact that it's not particularly cheap to get cards graded, but Tree Frog's pricing seems in line with their competitors).

Everything went really well. It was done within the expected timeframe and the card looked very nice when I got it back. Only thing I’d like to see in the future would be to get an email confirming my card got to Tree Frog safely.

Customer services were spot on, responding to queries very quickly. Despite the postal strikes and busy Christmas period TFG returned my cards in good time.

I sent 2 cards to Tree Frog Grading at the end of November, and the cards were back with me before Christmas. Cards were well packaged and experienced good communication with the company.

I like the fact the slabs show the 4 grading points of the cards, gives a good insight as to why the cards are graded as they are.

Highly recommend using this company.

Lovely company that kept up communication even when Royal Mail made things harder due to strikes. This was my first grading and will be sending more.

I was praying for that alpha 10 for my Charizard but still incredibly happy overall. My cards have the added protection now which is great peace of mind knowing they are safe. Communication was great and submission process was extremely straightforward. Will definitely use again

My first time using Tree Frog and I’m very happy with the service. I had constant communication with them throughout the whole process which was great.
Cards returned in well packaged box and the cases are a great quality.
The cards look superb and with the sub gradings on the card, you get a good understanding of the overall grade.
They did trick me, in a good way..
10 cards sent and returned, I opened to the package and the first card was a bravo 10, followed by the next 3 bravo 10’s, then along came 4 9’s and an 8 with 1 card left I thought it’s either going to be another 8 or a 7… I turned the card and there was an alpha 10 staring back at me….. a perfect card to finish with.
Highly recommend and will be using again.

Love the simple slab design and I hope to see the ‘my cards’ feature implemented soon.
I’d be interested to know how frequently the population report is updated as I’m unable to find my submission.
