I have never received the items I got from their store disturbia and they don’t make refunds either. Scam

I was making a purchase but the payment wouldn't go through. I tried several times and even emailed the company just now. I had balance and activated my card, which is completely new. My brain started working again when I checked the website here on Trustpilot, and among the first reviews it says the website is a fraud. I am SO glad that the payment was declined! It was like my card KNEW something was wrong.

They trick and scam you with the generous discounts. I found them in a sponsored ad on Facebook, surprise surprise. I'm glad I found the real website, the prices match the clothes.

Trekafew collect buyers' banking information in an unethical manner, some buyers have reported not receiving what they bought or receiving different, damaged and poor quality products. They often steal photos from other brands and virtual shopping platforms to impersonate the sale.

So, it turns out this wasn't even the actual Disturbia clothing company, but some two-bit operation called Trekajew – which I only clocked later when I saw it plastered all over their website address, triggering my suspicion in the first place. Their website looks completely different now, surprise surprise. Anyway, like an absolute idiot, I fell for some ridiculously good 'sale' on what they claimed were Disturbia clothes from this shady website and dropped around 50 euros. The second my payment went through, those suspiciously low prices and the dodgy-looking tracking site screamed scam. A quick Google confirmed my gut feeling – both the clothing company (Trekajew, the lowlifes) and that overseas tracking site are notorious frauds. I even got the nerve to send me fake 'your order has shipped' emails and all that BS. When the package inevitably failed to materialize, I shot them an email, making it crystal clear I'd be filing a chargeback with my bank (thank god for Visa, makes getting your money back from these clowns easier) and attached all the lovely evidence I dug up proving their scam. Surprisingly, the spineless cowards actually refunded me, but honestly, I was fully prepared to get my money back through the bank anyway

I also got fooled. They provide with a face tracking number, but the order will never arrive. DON'T ORDER!

Total scam!! Do not buy from this page!

You get a orderconfirmation and trackingnumber, but the package never arrives.
They send you trackingnumber with link to a track678-site, quick search on google and you will find that the trackingcompany does not exist.

Customer service are quick to reply, but does not give you your money back. They have been reported.

Scam!!! It imatates the site of disturbia. (I only noticed the url wasn’t right after I ordered and didn’t get a confirmation email) saw the “sale” via an add on instagram. Don’t order

Scam site that copies disturbias website. You can only pay with creditcard which is a huge red flag.

A link that should have been to disturbia.com took me to this site with a perfect copy of disturbia's website, but with a limited selection of clothing.

ORDER NEVER ARRIVED.
I ordered several things, and it took more than a month for the tracking to say "delivered". Package was NOWHERE to be found.
Not possible to retrieve any proof of delivery or explanation of where the package might be.

NO REFUND.
After having been in contact with the customer "service" several times, I was informed that it was NOT POSSIBLE to receive a refund?!

CONCLUSION:
DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR Trekafew.com

I ordered a lot of clothes but received only a ring (which I never ordered).
No possibility to return or get my money back.

If I could give zero I would. Scammers! I never received the products I paid for.

Seems too cheap to be true, 1/10, 1/20 prices and a link that should be disturbia.com took me to this site with a perfect copy of disturbia's website. There was a huge sale for only 45 minutes which is usually a scam too, in case you want to change your mind or look for a review of the site online, you can't because you don't have the time.
