Problems with delivery and returns from UK
The items I ordered were delivered WAY too late.
I asked for them to be redirected back to the warehouse, not possible I was told.
So I had to have them delivered before I could return them being charged £11.99 to return two small items which seemed a lot more than return charges by other firms.

I ordered a FJÄLLRÄVEN Nuuk parka/2XL and an noticed that their tracking was not moving this item for despatch. I contacted them to make sure thay had it in stock and my parka would arrive on their estimated delivery date....they said yes. On the last date of their delivery they just changed to a new estimated delivery date. This company is unreliable, DO NOT USE TREKK INN. As I payed with PayPal my refund should take no longer than 72hrs.

My experience was 100% good. I was informed at various points of when my package would arrive before I received it safely. My sandals are absolutely wonderful exactly as they look in the picture and high-quality as always with Keen products. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I returned an item on January 22nd. To this day, I haven't received any confirmation of whether they received the item or even registered the return; it's on its way...
Whatever! The return was the most expensive of my life—14 euros—and the customer service was nonexistent. You won't know anything if you don't have an account. If you've forgotten your password, there's nothing you can do because the emails asking to reset it don't work! You can't contact them in any way. You're dealing with a robot that keeps asking to log in! This is very strange, because when I bought the item, I was automatically logged in the entire time, even after closing the website and reopening it. When I returned it, suddenly nothing has been working since January. They don't respond to emails. They don't take you seriously. You're powerless. Buy somewhere closer and in stores with customer service.

I ordered Osprey Escapist 30L backpack…
I ordered Osprey Escapist 30L backpack to take it on a holiday. It arrived later than expected delivery time.
I returned the item on 12th Jan from the UK using the return label provided by TrekkInn. I was charged £11.99 postage. Since then I have contacted the customer services team via the support@tradeinn and keep getting same robotic response that my refund will be issued "once parcel is registered in our returns department". The customer services /support team is terrible. So far the company has taken £118 purchase price, including £12 in postage and they have the bag. It has been five weeks and I have no idea when I will be receiving my full refund.
Please. refund me as soon as possible.

Not based in UK - Issue with a return
Firstly, customers should note that this firm is not based in the UK, so there is a longer delivery period. However, more importantly, when making a return and using their supplied Royal Mail label, it only tracks back to the point of the last UK facility. I have been waiting 3 weeks now on a refund, and can see it cleared customs 2 weeks ago. Customer service basically say not received yet, please wait longer. I am worried given the many other negative reviews related to returns and refunds - have a reads.
